You'd have to sadly stat change them. The cost of the stat change varies but its more or less 2.5 gold or so. You will get anywhere from 250 to 1000 notes from it, depending on your luck. Getting the 1000 one is like winning the lotto. The most average amount is around 350. Yes, I salvage a lot of ascended stuff, Lol. Inventory and bank full of those things. The easiest way to tell if something is salvageable by research is by reading the last tip of the tooltip. It will say "Salvagable: Ascended, Research" at the bottom. If it doesn't say "Research", you need to stat change it and it will say it after.

Go to settings, graphics options and set the frame limiter to 60 if possible and test again. You may want to check your GPU clocks as well using a tool like MSI Afterburner, etc. If you haven't done it already, set a fan profile for your GPU (You should do this regardless of what games you play). But as others have mentioned, we would need more information to help ya out.

I am OK with it, but the amount of damage in the current meta is through the roof lol and yes, I am guilty of it, I do play a full power Scrapper and can kill most players before they can react. But still, this shouldn't be possible IMO

If you've put that much time into those items, I say you may have some insanely unrealistic expectations of an expansion of any kind. But even so, SOTO has the new sets of legendaries and several collections you can or could be working on, while the next phase comes in the next patch.

Even if they are a "flaw", I find the shorts version looks much better when combined with certain chest pieces. I'd hope they make both available to everyone at some point, its basically a free skin, locked for unknown reasons to me.

Is there a reason why so many items are shorts on medium armor but the heavy and light variants turn into weird skirts? See: Sanctified Leggings and Foefire Legwraps for example. Could you at least make the two variants available to all armor types? Thank you

Drop some names, I wanna go test them. I am legit curious by the way, not poking fun. Having played so many MMO's, I have not found any that can keep 60 FPS with 50+ players active, without dropping settings.

First, make sure you are not running Blish, for some reason several guildies had problems with Amnytas meta like you but as soon as they uninstalled it and other addons, it began to work without any issues. The only addon I can confirm personally that works, is the Unofficial All in one Addon with arcDPS. Secondly, try clearing your cache, it can greatly improve your performance and also gets rid of old junk:

Your expectations are unrealistic. DE meta can have between 50 to 100+ players, even with that setup, you will still tank with all of those animations going on. You will want to lower your char model to medium and char limit to lowest to get 60 FPS in those situations. No MMO can handle what you're asking, not WoW, nor FF14 and both are older than GW2.

Safe to say, its affecting a lot of players. Login and authentication server seem to be down.
