Well a lot of people buy cosmetic outfits, skins etc from the gem store and I believe a lot of people would buy housing decorations or even some house types from the gem store. Personally I would probably spend some money on the mentioned cosmetic items.

Hello! From what I've seen on Youtube videos, the Guild Hall Decorations system is actually amazing. I love how you can decorate a huge space of land with all the furniture and other cool items. However, as I am more of a solo player, I will never be able to use this feature. Even if I would join a Guild, I believe only the Guild Leader would have fun with the decorations system. This is why I would love to see a Player Housing for solo players with the same decorations system. I think it would actually be amazing. I know that this topic has been mentioned a lot of times on the forums but I really hope we will get a player housing system in the next expansion. What do you think? Is it possible we will get this feature in the future?

Exactly! The system for player housing is there. I bet it would be also profitable for Arenanet since they would probably put furniture on sale in the Gem store.

Hello! So we all know that a new expansion has been released but there is still no details regarding new content so my question is... what would you like to see? Personally I would love to see Player Housing in Guild Wars 2 and that system is already in game since we have guild halls. Fingers crossed for that! What about you?

I mean just look at ESO or FFXIV, they both have record players on Steam this year. All because new WoW expansion BFA is terrible and a lot of people started looking for a new MMORPG. If GW2 did the same and released a new expansion this year, I bet a lot of new and old players would be playing this game. It's a shame because I think GW2 deserves way more attention since it's one of the best MMORPGs on the market.
