  1. Go to PVP or WVW if you want to play a villain. Just afk in spawn in ranked or pull keep tactivators off cooldown... it's the most effective way to play a bad guy in GW2.
  2. Agreed. Would be nice if it showed WvW dailies and rank instead of PvE dailies and masteries as well.
  3. I think that's more or less what Shorts said, and he's one of the most skilled mesmers in the game. I'm glad to see that there are intelligent changes being made, it brings us closer to the ideal of players using skill to triumph instead of being class carried.
  4. It's everything you could ever want from an elite spec called BERSERKER, truly a terror this no downstate week with unblockable arc divider spam. Keep up the good work Anet, looking forward to more profession rebalances if they're going to be just as awesome as this one was.
  5. I play with high ping and I'd like to see my leaps hit more often, other than that I'm happy with warrior's current state in pvp and wvw.
  6. After more time with the warclaw, I wouldn't complain if it started out with a single dodge with a second dodge you can level up, instead of starting with two and leveling up to three. I think that mounted players shouldn't be able to contest cap circles, trying to catch a mounted player in some of the bigger cap circles can be frustrating. It's also a little too easy to keep both garri and hills on alpine BL contested by riding back and forth between the two on your mount and getting guard aggro each time.

  8. What about a short stun or daze after being breakbar dismounted? Keep the increased movement speed in owned territory in mind. It'll make it a bit easier to force engagements when you're fighting on your land.

Now that the warclaw's been out for some time, I think it could use a breakbar that dismounts the rider when broken, and the battle maul attack should also dismount one enemy it hits in addition to its current effects. My previous opinion of the gate pull attack remains unchanged. It still shouldn't use up supply.
  10. So far my initial reaction has been positive. It's been a blast hanging by the back of a zerg and pouncing on the first clump of downstates after the initial engage. Hard to describe how immensely satisfying it is to one shot downies. The gate ability is fun but the supply cost for every pull is extremely meh. I would be happy if Anet removed the supply cost completely, considering how easy it is for a ranger to pop over the edge and pewpew a warclaw to death or the abundance of ACs around heavily guarded gates.
  11. I enjoyed watching the fights so far and am looking forward to the rest of them. Thanks for organizing this GvG tourney, this is what Anet should have dumped their eSports dollars into back in the day.
