I'm fond of sneakthief. My charr SB is in that. My thief is in a mix of sneakthief magitech and other stuff. I also really love the WvW medium Mistforged Triumphant armor. Even the lower tiers of the triumphant armor are great.

The Lily of Elona pass gets you there without the story. Of course, if you bought the cheapest version of PoF you don't get that pass...
