Hey there, been looking for a nice active guild for quite a bit. Eager to do fractals, missions, raids and just have a good time!

UpdateGot great assistance from the billing department and a GM (Ultra Viper) after writing a ticket and my issue was resolved (and quickly too!).

And I just lost Glint's Gaze and Glowing Crimson Mask. Not only the special offer but they aren't available anymore. Issue persisting after 14-18 hours. So upset :(...

Same issues as the people above, hoping for a very quick fix so I don't miss out on some offers.
