All my friends have already received the HoT veteran package. I've owned both expansions for a long time and I still don't have it.... I don't understand why?

The team has acted really fast and within 48 hours it was solved. I just bought gems and it went great.

I have a bug at the moment that disallows me from purchasing gems... but as far as I know it, I can only buy the supply drop with the entirety in it if i buy it soon and I don't know how long the support will take to resolve the issue. Is there anywhere I can buy gem cards? I used to buy them regularly until I researched about my bug today and learned that I have to buy from official retailers only... which sucks for the pricing but hey, better than getting banned. But none of those have any gem cards.... Any ideas?

It always gives me an error message that pops up for a second on the top of the window when I try to check out.I've used gem cards for a while now to substitute but I'm getting really tired of not being able to buy straight from ANET... and I've read today when researching the problem that there may be issues with gem cards so now I'm feeling quite unsafe... can anyone help?
