After roll back I need to upgrade to full account again even if under the overview tab in my account both pof and hot are active, now I have 7 of 4 characters in use, Anet fix it plzwhen I click "upgrade to a full account", it pops out "down for maintenance"

just found out all you need to do is log out and reset your password lol, so problem solved :blush:

I received an email about password resetting though I didn't request it and now my password has been changed and I can no longer log in to my account. I have submitted the ticket but whos knows how long it takes to get a response, and since we don't have online chat function which is very common nowadays I believe this forum is probably the best place to ask for help
