  1. Well that's how thief works. That's why Top Runaway would be the perfect top stats for them. Main problem being that there's not really any "fair fights" for Thief.Used to be a good duellist, got nerfed, used to be a good +1, got nerfed.All that remains is stealth and mobility for decapping...Years of whining got us here! Blame yourself and others like you. Mission accomplished. Funny thing is that Thief players tend to be kitten inventive as the profession's "always" had a higher skill ceilings. Skilled players got a habit of making something look better than it actually is :) They should have removed stealth from the game long ago.Then Thief wouldn't have had to require so many nerfs as trade-off for their over-loaded runaway potential. Thieves didnt even use stealth for most of the games lifespan, with the S/D build performing better. Stealth is not at all the reason thief cant duel. Shortbow 5 is. Maybe they shouldve removed shortbow 5, but thats not an option anymore.Another shortbow #5 believer. Sb #5 was never an issue. For thief is the same as gs#5 for warrior or gs#3 for ranger - can help to escape if things are not too bad yet (you need to spend your entire ini pool to travel ~1400 range, while warrior's gs5 is 1200 range on a separate CD).
  2. That's when you realize the thief's kitten tier dmg is not enough to even be considered a full "+1" and its not just due to current meta. Really? I've seen a few thieves melt people. Vault's critting for 8k+, Dagger/x daredevil hitting surprisingly hard. I did notice they felt rather weak when caught out alone though. That's the thing: you're are not plussing as a staff thief because too slow and no surprise effect. Your opponent walks away faster than you can chase. With staff you become just a shitty sidenoder.And D/P can't hit hard (unless the target already at less than 25% hp with lots of condis). Any sidenoder will get more offense than a thief because sidenoder is already there fighting an enemy when thief just came to plus (and usually have to leave earlier).

Since thief's role is a +0.5-er now, should we have a top stat which thief can actually achieve?Obvious one would be "Decaps" - when ticking enemy node while not in combat (to not contest with "Defense").Or "Runner" - most distance traveled while in combat . Hmm?I know, we can always focus on resses, but that's not something a +0.5-er should do often..
  4. Right, I know that. What pissed me off is that I got so many of those instant queues in a row. Why the heck the match maker decides that it's ok to use me to fill in problematic matches? I want the MM to lookup the best matches for me for at least 90 seconds.
  5. I'm getting 7 insta queue-pops in a row (even more if count those I declined)! No need to mention that quality of those games is terrible. How can I get rid of these 5 seconds popups bullshit??

Isn't necro the slowest kitten in the bunch with least amount of cc prevention, that is the drawback for them 1 1/2 cast time 4k crit gravediggers man, for some reason i though being slow as kitten was the drawback to be able to hit really hard but it doesn't really work if the fastest class hits harder. There is no clear direction for the drawbacks on classes, there are some drawbacks that do kitten all like the soul beast having one pet or the overheat on holo.People don't like stealth cause it is badly implemented here, it doesn't work like in other games there is no fumble chance, there is no way to make turn the flow of battle around, there isn't much back and fourth.I'm quite certain that people went for the bunker condi cc meta that it is now just to don't get bothered by thief cheese, so we now get even dumber cheese. Yey now everyone is a flying brick spewing poisonous farts.If you want to hit and move like a thief on necro you need to trade your hp (11k base hp only), healing (5k healing only) and all your second/third/N-th hp bars from life force. You also give away any boon corruption, stability/cc immunity, give away defective boons. No minions, no battle transformations with different weapon skill set. Also you get a global CD on both of your weapon sets, so if you used all the skills on weapon set #1 you can't just change weapons and use weapon skills again.That would be the fair trade-off!

Evades and stealth are its sustain.Sry but these post seem like legit new players qq'ing before they even understand the game and the classes.Post patch thief can be out bursted by fb(burns),revs and rangers that have far more sustain,core necro can out last a thief post patch if it doesn't let a DE free shoot it.U guys definitely are very biased towards thief, sry but it's very obvious. BTW I main thief and I'm all into the idea of equal treatment. I won't mind if enemies run away from me with great mobility skills or spend some CDs to save their kitten in stealth while I'm (de)capping a node. Exactly, if I'm on war or ranger and the thief books it as soon as I pressure him I consider it a win for me especially when I'm sitting on the node. With that said as effective as thief is at disengagement and travelling throughout the map I'd be all for a thief spec being added that's a high tier brawler or 1v1'r that gives up some of the mobility and or stealth just so it can provide different roles. Staff/staff does high burst but its viable on a meme lv as far as truly being a high tier 1v1'rCan't troll this thread anymore with your serious answers, don't what to bm you :)

  13. Lol.It's obvious especially since only unranked 5v5 has been available since patch that third decap +1 bot is definitely the best. Their also ruling 2v2 destroying bunker core necro's, condi revs and fb's with no issues. OP has got to be trolling. Let other specs has the same treatment as double thief has in 2v2! Or we'll end up with 5 thieves in top 10 leaderboard very soon!Don't get me wrong I'm not biased against thief's, just wanted the equal treatment.
  14. Yes! The best benchmark for the other classes buffs would be the chance of winning a match of double thief vs double other class. Bigdata ftw!Because right now it's obvious that the team with the most thieves wins..
