Let me start off by saying I have supported you guys a ton. I bought Guild Wars 1 and all of it's expansions for myself and three of my friends. For Guild Wars 2 I bought myself and my wife the game and all the expansions; in addition I've also spent a lot of money on gem store items for myself, my wife, and my friends. In total I've probably spent around $500+ supporting your game because I believe in it. That's about to end though. I'm done with you pushing things through Black Lion Chests instead of just letting me purchase them. I've never bought a single Black Lion Chest Key and I never will. It's a slimy business model that I will not support. If you want to let your players buy cosmetics then let them buy cosmetics, but stop having them gamble for them. I will continue to buy some things through the gemstore, but I am going to be infinitely more picky. Eventually if this push to get people to buy Black Lion Keys doesn't end I will just stop purchasing all together. Love you guys, but I really needed to let you know this was on my mind. I'm sure I'm not the only one either. We're your customers and we support you. We're aren't something you should be exploiting.

I find stronghold infinitely more enjoyable than conquest. Conquest is boring, and the fact that it's played more than Conquest thoroughly surprises and saddens me. Call of Duty syndrome has unfortunately found a home in MMORPG's now.

My guild and I have been having a blast with this event. Is it simple? Yes. Is it content? No. It brings prove together in-game though, which is a plus. They still have a long way to go to impress me with their content anyway. Everything they have done so far story wise has been pretty lazy in terms of the writing. When I do a fractal that captivated me more than the main story of the game there is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. I'd settle for more small events like this if they took the time to come out with an expansion that didn't have a lazy story. Give me something to fight that has just as much purpose and drive as I do. Not just, "I'm here to destroy things cause its wutIdo."

I genuinely don't understand how people are having problems finding champions. Just in Kessex Hills there are like seven I can think of off the top of my head plus exe's after killing normal bandit champs which also give marks. I've spent a couple hours a night farming with people and have gotten well over a hundred marks. Given that it takes roughly 10 minutes for respawn that's about 4-6 marks per 10 minutes and that's taking into account the people that mess up the rotation. Yesterday after two fun hours of bsing with my wife and friend while we mindlessly killed champions in our rotation we each made out with 50 marks; 25marks/hr; 4.16Marks/10min. As for people saying Kessex Hills doesn't work your lack of patience is getting the better of you. That has been where we farm exclusively and I even mentor up and my guild announces locations. 25+ marks per hour and we have a blast doing it. If your not getting marks it's cause you drop in, check a couple spots, get frustrated cause nothing's there, and leave. Only to go to another nap and be disappointed because you lack the patience to wait for the rotation yo start again. Will be running it again tonight 11pm Pacific. Happy Hunting! B)
