Having the same issue here, right as the cutscene is about to start, the entire game freezes and I have to shut down everything

Same thing here, after downloading most of the game, the launcher now says 0%, and the download keeps dropping to 0mb/s, slowly worked up to about 9gb downloaded again, and 35,000 files remaining.
