  1. Well, I mostly do PvP only so I really don't know about raids and stuff. For me, this trait is literally useless and I will never pick it, even playing condi reaper. Torment is not as good as it was before, again, idk for PvE where boss keep still because of people stacking and tanking but for pvp it lost a lot of its potential. Burning is too strong and we already have Dhuumfire. That's why poison, more damage but not as abusive as burning but also gives more utility by reducing healing. No, they dont. 3 stacks of burning can effectively do more damage than 12 stacks of bleeding considering how long bleeding takes to do damage and how many cleanses are flying around. Ok, we can have a lot of condis to cover the bleeding but I doubt that you can stack bleeding so hard again after getting them cleansed and your skills are on cd, and dropping reaper's onslaught make you miserable on everything else other than stacking bleeding. I agree that Reaper's Onslaught should be addressed but I would like to see it sticking to reaper's traitline, I feel more like its identity than core necro itself. Also, this could open future problems when using in another elite specs and making core necro being targeted for nerfs instead of the actual elite that's overperforming.
  2. Can we please address Deathly Chill Reaper Trait? I mean, it's a grandmaster condi trait in a spec already stated to be power oriented by ANET that got nerfed so many times that even if you were to play condi reaper nowadays, you would go for reaper onslaught for obvious reasons. Idk how they could address this, but I like the idea of having a trait that, at least, gives you the option to build something different than the usual, so I would like to see it being a condi oriented trait. How to address: - Reverting to the original trait where chill used to do damage; - Changing bleeding to something else more useful like poison, that doesnt do much more damage but at least seems to be a better condi overall; - Increasing number of bleeding stacks, maybe using a treshold system to not be too much oppressive (tbh, I doubt someone even fears bleeding nowadays); Or revamp the whole trait to something different, but please do something about it, cuz no one will ever use it the way it is... Also, would be great to see Reaper's Onslaugh quickness becoming baseline so you could at least choose between the other 2 traits, Blighter's Boon looks like a good option but losing quickness hurts reaper so hard that it's never worth running it. Ofc this would come with a nerf on the grandmaster traits so reaper doesnt get out of line, specially in pvp but at least you would have to think on what to choose instead of just always going for Reaper's Onslaught
  3. But... you haven't disproven those arguments. You just wrote it stupid. Maybe if you could somehow demonstrate that their burning is unavoidable or oppressive, then those arguments would go away. Bring cleanse. And Im not even memeing. Burn guardian applies an incredible variation of condis. 1. Burn. Dodge the spirit sword and manage cleanse and you can survive the dps he has.

You are the exact reason I want a block feature on these forums.It clearly shows that you did not read what the topic creator's suggested lol. The thread is a suggestion about a different approach to how amulet works, focusing specially on how stats are distributed and how it would work in a new way, nothing related to speed runes, but someone stated something completely nonsense in the wrong topic and you kept the discussion, spamming something that is not related to the original intention of the topic. You know that his suggestion is bad, but you kept feeding his nonsense.   8. I'm gonna be the devil's advocate but technically any block and power damage invuln stop LR. Blocks also negate non-unblockable fears like core shroud #3, reaper shroud #3, scourge shroud #4. Also, invuls normally have stunbreak on it which cleanses the fear because it works as a CC and even if they didnt, invuls also make you not take condi damage now(not talking about the ones you said), so, still better having a normal CC than a fear.because there are so many ways to avoid it.
  9. Funny thing, I got hit by 12k true shot last week. If you post just the damage like this you can't discuss anything, you know that, right? Did you have weakness on yourself? Did the target have protection? Which ammulet was he using? Did you have might stacked on you?
  10. What do you think about Deathly Chill in reaper's traitline? It used to be the choice before the buffs for power reaper but since they nerfed the condi side of the spec, it's kinda useless... Any gamemode will ever run this because the DPS, even playing condi, will probably be higher on Reaper's Onslaught and Blighter's Boon is the best for survability. So I was thinking in changing the condi from bleeding to something else, since bleeding takes years to do damage and isn't that much too, or increasing the number of stacks again. Actually, maybe a rework to something power oriented since they stated that they want reaper to be the power oriented spec in necromancer profession but it kinda bugs me losing the really only condi oriented stuff in all traitline to get another power orientation since we already have an amazing one, Reaper Onslaught. What are your thougths?
  11. Actually, it might not be a bug but intended considering that it is a stunbreak and the skill's effect starts on pressing the button, nevertheless, its weird.

If you start casting the Well of Power utility skill and right after you use a "hight priority" skill, like healing skills, it will get the full cooldown instead of the 3seconds when you cancel the casting, but the well won't be placed in the ground. Basically, you cancel the cast, get the full CD and the skill doesn't work.
