  2. Some things like two evades and a weapon swap are what every profession should have. So why shouldn't engineer have whats natural to the game.
  3. I choosed the trait high caliber and was standing in the 450 range but i could not see that my critical chance in the hero panel increased by 15% once i attacked. Without the trait the crit chance remained the same. So is this trait working or does this trait not change the critical rate in the hero panel?
  4. I want it back as well. And i wish that they would change all the other ranged weapons to something similar. So the clunkyness is gone. It should be as even and fluid as melee. Btw. intensity should not be a reason to justify damage. You can be disabled, lost your arm, fingers etc. with that your punished enough.
  5. If you add this, to honor active gaming: Then please punish players for AFK-Farming as well. Add something like, if player is not moving and is not using skill #1 for a period of time, player and players pet don't deal damage! And please add Mechanical Genius to the other pet professions as well, to make it fair. Revenant -> Ghosts, Mesmer -> Illusions, Elementalist -> Elementals, Engineer -> Turrets, Necromancer -> Minions, etc.
  6. I only play PVE and I dislike the changes. The unquiness of Rifle #1 is gone. And i don't like to stand next to that large green thing all or most of the time. Positioning the mech is a mess, if you beam it back to you, it does what it wants to do afterwards, relating if you set it to one of the melee attacks or the ranged one. And if you call it back, you need to set it to attack or use a skill which is usually on cooldown. So - in the future - if you play a melee mech, you are forced to go into melee as well, if you want the full damage potential. Which is? If your mech is ranged than you are forced to follow it, because it won't follow you, it won't evade with you. So if you go down that way with Mechanical Genius, our mech should stay close to us (360 range) and also evade whenever we evade or attack when we attack. That would be a unique play style in relation to the other pet professions.
  7. Well if necs and rangers camp afk with their pets to farm thats also how braindead and broken the game is. Or those chest beamers that stuck half in the ground. Or a rev ghost spammer. Spam ghost -> kill everything -> move on It is good if the mech is more powerful then the other pets because that what makes it unique to other professions. And if you want to press more buttons you can always use a kit or disable autoattack an press 1. I like easier builds so I'm happy with it. And i still use the other skills except rifle 5.
  8. I had the idea of a minor weapon specilization with that you could access a weapon that is not in your current specilization included. Example: You play as a harbinger but can use greatsword using the minor weapon specialization of reaper What are your thoughts?
  9. scavenger burst is not working properly on targeted damageable objects underwater (object: king crab south west in malchor's leap) while phase traversal does. Message is: no line of sight

Here's what i would change - Choose either Archemorus or Viktor, remove swapping - Heal depends on adrenalin level or add energy drain - scavenger burst, tree song -> remove range, add engery drain or add ammo, nobody wants to stare on the skill bar and press the same button every 3s - change the evade mechanic so it is less clumsy underwater by changing the evade time - urn of saint viktor and drop the urn: combine it into drop the urn for an aeo heal in the area - spear of Archemorus add aeo damage
  12. Had the same issue. It is KB4505903. After removing it, the crashes where gone!
