  1. I didn't realize that happens; that's really annoying lol. He doesn't have an empty guild slot? You can also go to the open pvp area in PvP lobby or Armistice Bastion, tho obviously they are less ideal.
  2. You need to not be in a party with your enemy for stealth to work. It's coded such that if you are in a party, it still acts as friendly/ same team so they can see you.
  3. The changes completely listed as is destroy Rifle Deadeye in WvW roaming. Between losing too much stealth, having 20% recharge on deception skills trait removed (which is huge), now can't have Flickering Shadow and Shadow Rejuvenation, and the trait replacements are pretty much useless for DE (I mean weakness when hitting with a stealth attack is just bad for any build but even more so for rifle). DE really need that 20% CD reduction and additional stealth. Suggestions on another profession? Maybe actually roll a lb/gs soulbeast? Honestly this will likely make me not play much since that was my favorite playstyle
  4. You can put down all your marks and sit in them. As core necro, shroud 5 Reveals. When your marks blow, use your AoE's like Shroud 4. Scourge obviously has tons of AoE with Shades. When they Stealth heal up, move in the direction you want, put down marks, repeat.
  5. Yea it for sure needs some love. Don't forget you only get an aura for 1 combo per 10 sec in an attunement and you only get 1 stack per aura, so you can't get to 10 that way. Also in a wvw zerg, your projectiles won't hit.
  6. Crap I didn't notice that ICD. I feel like that shouldn't be there. There is potential with no icd. Not much with it.
  7. BUG: When using Vicious Empowerment trait, Elemental Empowerment does not properly apply when using Shock Wave. You will gain 2 stacks of EE regardless of how many enemies you hit with it, instead of 2 stacks power enemy. Tested on dummies in Armistice Bastion. Gust works properly and am unable to test Static Field in motionless dummies but I believe that works.

  10. 2 things from someone who spends most of his gw2 time roaming in wvw as a rifle DE. 1) maybe I'm not seeing it but you need to list which server/world for wvw you play on. Only those on the same server and linked server can join you. 2) rifle doesn't work against zergs at all because they just need 1 projectile reflect/block skill, which they will have lots of, and you won't be able to do any damage while getting womped on. I think a better strategy would be to try getting 20 Staff Daredevils to Vault a zerg from stealth simultaneously...which would be pretty devastating and is a wet dream of mine.
  11. You realize that with the last patch, warrior now has the highest ranged DPS in WvW. Previously they could be up there on the charts, now it's easy for them to be on top since somehow Scorched Earth wasn't touched. Not only that but they have high armor, great health, and the damage comes out fast without long channels.
  12. Yes I definitely noticed zergs out-healing meteor and seemingly unphased when they run through 2-3 of them. It definitely feels much floppier. FGS also got a dps wack that is very noticeable when using firestorm.
  13. Bow berserker does significantly more range damage than us unless it's a prolonged fight where the enemy doesn't move at all. Our best move is to roll a warrior.
  14. The problem is that classes with high armor, many also with medium-high health, that also have group support skills/traits within their damage rotations are doing high damage at range. Low hp, low armor, low support, low mobility/gap closures, low passive defenses, low active defenses, slow damage (spread over many pulses vs instant upon hit), Long-cast times,low range should deal the highest damage. Currently staff ele is low everything except range (it's only mobility is a teleport and a backwards roll, neither have a short CD). Staff should be doing way more damage than Herald, which currently has high damage, medium(?) Hp, passive defenses, fast damage and high range. You can make the same comparison vs DHs. Both had smaller nerfs. Then look at zerker, which can out-dps a staff ele from range, esp with acortched earth in many instances which did faster damage, has 24k hp instead of 12-16k, high armor, and it didn't get touched. Even in melee range it should be doing less with everything else it has going for it but arc Divider does crazy damage. These are a few examples. Anet needs to revert this patch back. Yes those skills on Herald and dh are in need of nerfs due to everything else going for those professions, tho prob only 10%...mayyyyybe 15% tops... not the huge amount they were just got for. Zerker skills need a look at. And staff ele still needs buffs and bug fixes not continual nerfs to delete it from the one role it had a niche for, even if it's still off-meta.
