I had to disable the beta because my fps dropped to 0-3 in Lions Arch. I did not really see an fps improvement because mine usually sets around 25-30 in LA dropping to 14 at worst.

Perhaps like in real life the time of day could influence what can be caught, fish at night and catch certain fish, during the day others.

Anyone else notice at the 28:30 mark on the Twitch stream that someone mounted a raptor on the red skiff. So.... park skiff off shore, mount 2 turtles, bombard shoreline. Arr, be a Pirate.

In the stream you can see That the fishing node is individual client based just like ore, wood and plant nodes. You can tell because when they switch from Ruby to Nick he still had the fishing hole visible while Ruby did not. I think that you can catch 3 to 4 fish per node and that fishing holes only give a better chance at rarer fish than just fishing anywhere. I also see fishing as a way to bring Jewel crafting to 500. After all what is a lure but just fishing line jewelry? Honestly, I am still undecided about fishing. Do I think it is something necessary, no. Do I think it is a nice way to spend time when waiting for a party member to finish their crafting, trading post sales, or deciding which piece of armor to transmute or dye so you can finally meet up? A resounding yes. I think that an aquarium may be nice in your home instance but I think it is far more likely that there will be a home instance "fishing pool" added in shortly after EoD launches. I also would like to add harvesting glyphs to fishing poles, catch a fish and have a 33% chance at getting cloth or leather or whatever bonus the glyph adds.

I plan on fishing while waiting for Teq to come up. Might make for some funny screenshots of fishing while he is coming out of the water.

Please Anet add more Metal Legion instances in other parts of the world. I would personally love to see a Metal Legion concert in Lion's Arch during Halloween, maybe out in the corn field to the south east. I can see the events reworked with Thorn's minions trying to crash the concert to give it a festive twist.

They call the skiff your home away from home, so does that mean that you can unlock the ability to use your crafting profession while on your skiff? For example a chef could basically have a floating bbq party going on. Might make some people more into the idea of the skiff. Also would you have to be in the same party to stand on another player's skiff or would it be like a floating platform anyone can just jump onto?

If the art on the Dragon Magic portion of the release page is any indicator there will be a Magitech/Dragon Jade prosthetic arm skin coming to the game. I have wanted this for my Asura Engi ever since Anet released the pirate hook BL skin. What self-respecting Asura wouldn't replace a lost limb with anything but a golem prosthetic. Sure it may be a Dragon Jade powered limb but it will still be something I can see an Asura doing. Please Anet, don't leave this as just concept art.

I thought that the armory was supposed to give us a lore splash for each legendary when they were unlocked. I had 3 legendary and I got no lore information for any of them. Was there supposed to be a tab where we could view that later or if we miss it are we out of luck?

For 7 years I have played. Through good health and bad, really bad, Oh Dear God No bad. With friends from all over the globe and some I discovered here in my own backyard. I never had such a community of people who would laugh and joke with me in any other game like this one. As long as there are good people to play this game with, I will play until either the servers go down or you pry my keyboard out of my cold dead hands.
