Thanks! That is really good to know that the nerf is only pvp related. I have been playing P/D Condi Thief in PvP and that has been going pretty good. Is Boon build asked for more over the Power DPS build?

Returning player here. What is the meta roll for thief in raids? I see alot of power Staff DPS but I have been hearing that an update in February nerfed power? Is Condi the way to go? Any help is great... been about 3-4 years since i've played regularly and looking to get back into the game again.
