Hello I’m a gaymer looking for a PvE based guild focused on raiding, strikes and T4 fractals. While I do meta events I’m not looking for one of those guilds, I also already have a WvW guild but new friends to play PvP with are always awesome but not really a guild dedicated to it. The times I can play right now are from around the daily reset till around 2-3am in the morning PST. If you do guild missions I will join them. Just a little bit about myself, long time gamer over many different titles and genres. I show up prepared researching fights if I don't know them. I take advice well and learn fast when it comes to new fights. I fully take advantage of sites like snowcrows and discritize when it comes to learning things and I always run whatever is best and "the meta". I also have every class at max level and can easily play almost any role/job for strikes and several are geared for T4s. While I definitely take content seriously when it's needed but I do like to let loose and have fun and goof off. If you know what RPDR is we will be good friends.

But the wiki also says the wintersday version gives the same buff but only costs 5. And snowflakes and zhaffy have the same cost. I'm confused was the difference intended? They cost the same amount of gems give the same buff but were deigned to cost different in game currency costs? I'm relatively new to the game i assumed since their both for the festival and have the same gem cost and everything else being so similar it was just oversight. If not idk what to think to be honest lol.

Ive seen the same response from other companies. in the past month ive had tickets replied to from FF14, black desert online, Dungeon fighter online, and world of warcraft. The longest was 19 hours for a DFO rep to reply. I still want to know if its normal for this company to just not reply to customer support tickets.

I've had a ticket open for about a week now with GW2 about undoing a character deletion. Is this games customer support that bad? Can i really expect next to no help from this company when I have issues? And now I am having problems with buying gems and honestly im thinking of just putting the game down if I cant get a reply from a customer support rep within 24 hours reliably. It's a fun game and all but with zero customer support presence if it breaks or has a costly problem not being able to fix it would mean ive wasted my life and money on garbage. I guess im just wondering if its really normal for a week + to be the support ticket times. Because honestly if my bank or amazon or literally any company tried to make me wait that long for a customer support staff I'd sue them and by most states their bound by law to reply in a timely manner.

Having the same issue. I have a ticket thats a week old and no reply. Is it really common place for this game to have no customer support? Its really giving me a moment to wonder if i want to be playing a game so completely broken and with no help. I could name 20 companies that would start axing people left and right if their customer support team waited more than a week to reply to someone not to mention just companies that reply within 24 hours with out fail.
