Yes, I am aware this issue has been brought up before, but apparently it's been going on for some time (and I haven't seen anyone from the team adress it) so I thought I'd make a different post! The PoF maps are almost unplayable at times because of sudden lag spikes, I can tell it's the server and not me because I'm playing in Spain and I'm going through the expansion with my partner who is from the UK and he has the same issues at the same time while people in the Map chat complain about it as well. Can't we at least get someone to address this please? I apologize in advance if it has actually been addressed and for the re-posting. :3

I'm trying to go through the HoT story with my partner and we've attempted a 30+ minutes quest now and we need to go in for the third time because one of us got disconnected for 5 seconds. It's extremely frustrating to go through all of that again and it may repeat itself on PoF, as I've played it and I know some quests can take longer than that. Surely I can't be the only one with this issue, right? :/

Honestly I didn't even wanted/expect a conpensation for the rollback (and I kind of still not expect it after this), but now it is kind of ridiculous, and I get why some people would demand further compensation.

That thing you just quoted is not related to what just happened, it's about updates, maintenance and downtime. People have lost not only progress, they've also lost gold and gems (you know, that thing you buy with real adult money?). This affects all players, you're not getting anything out of this post.

What did just happen? I was lvl 60+ on 2 characters and they're back to their 50s, please do something :(
