I agree, and they could send a message here in the forum stating that they are working on it, just to stop a lot of similar threads, but nothing at the moment.... That's true. Maybe they are still asleep (USA GMT -8 or whatever). The communication could be better indeed. Nothing left for us to do except waiting.

Listen guys. Everyone has lost many levels/time/progress. Let's just wait till they give an official response. I searched a bit online and saw that something simular happend in 2016. They were able to rollforward to the point everyone was. Just give them some time to restore everything.

There has been bug in 2016 where they had the same issue. They were able to rollback to the previous state. So I think the best thing to do is wait for them to restore everything.

Seems like there was a major bug and everyone got a rollback to 2 or 3 days ago. Just wait for their official response and see how they're going to fix this.
