  1. I just wanted to share the information that my ticket is ~8 days old. This is no complaint which wouldn't change anything anyways. It's just my contribution to have a better estimation on what to expect. Since others also posted about ticket older than five days it doesn't seem to be out of norm and so I'll patiently keep on waiting.
  2. I was following those threads @Ashantara.8731 because I am affected as well. And i surely wondered what was going on when both threads weren't available anymore but instead deleted/merged with this completely different appeal. My support-ticket is now nearly nine days old and I haven't received any answer so far. I start to get a feeling that's it'll be a hopeless venture but I will still be patient and remain polite and as sympathetic as possible.
  3. I am patiently waiting as per request from one week ago. sigh p.s.
  4. Thank you @Greg.7086 for you in-depth description of our problem. It's very well condensed and on point. I only want to add something I am also facing due to the fix of the rollback and the interdependencies behind the scenes. When I was logged in after the roll-back happened but before Anet knew about it and started to take their measures I did something really stupid - in retrospective. At that time I though it was a smart and safe thing to do. I cancelled all my buylistings to be protected from any market irritations due to NA being online while the EU was not and because noone knew how severe the problem was and how long a fix could take. So I ran around with liquid gold in my wallet and left my selllistings where they were. Anet then took the servers down and, unfortunately, by restoring to a point slightly before I had canceled all my orders while the TP remained unaffected I relogged into my account and all the gold from previous buylistings was lost. Just wanted to add that since that was quite an amount for me as well. I wish you all a pleasant week-end anyways and hope for the best for all affected players.
  5. I'm in the same boat. No answer other than the first copy & paste they probably sent to all users reporting anything about the rollback. I am lucky enough to have accidentally screenshotted my wallet during the roll-back-phase where I canceled all my buy-listings for safety reasons (stupid me!). No answer leaves at least a chance that the next answer will be a little more personal and be written after looking into the matter on an individual level.
  6. Let's not start to dispute about how much "a lot of" gold is. How big or small any amount of gold is, is completely subjective and depends on many variables and the same goes for "hard play". It depends on what you value while you play, how much time you have to spend etc.So any amount has it's right to be equally valued as loss no caused by one's own fault.
  7. Similar issue here. I canceled 'buy' orders for safety-reasons. I should have known better and just done nothing. I hope you are right and you and all concerned can be helped soon.
  8. I join @Lysica.1027 . A first answer to my ticket was a generic copy & paste about compensation for the inconvenience. I then replied to the same ticket again, explaining the situation in more detail and providing screenshots (luckily I had taken some). My situation is very similar to yours @Ashantara.8731 .After the first copy & paste answer I haven't heard anything else just yet and just give it some more time. You can't do much more than that anyway - except maybe create a forum post and share your fate with people concerned and in a similar situation. Of course, this is not a satisfying solution yet, but it helps to bear it.
