This new obstacle makes it impossible to try and compete with times that were made before this thing was added. Please relocate this obstacle!

I tried the D129 proxy and it totally destroyed my game. Had to re-install. I've tried EVERY fricken permutation. It doesn't matter if the shaders are low or high,post-processing is on or off, from best performance to best appearance across the entire spectrum, always the same problem: FUCKING STUTTER! Beetle racing is one of my most fun things to do in this game. After investing a lot of money into good hardware I expected to have more fun with it. Instead my ten+ years old machine is kicking the living shit out of this setup because you people are not doing your job. I'm angry now.

Setup as follows: Brand spanking new Mac Mini 16GB RAM, 6 Core 3.4 Ghz CPU, eGPU Razer X Core with a Radeon 5700 Gfx card in it. Other games run fast as hell, no problems. GW2: stutter, stutter, stutter and lowish, unstable FPS. What the hell?! Even tried low settings, the stuttering issue persists. Game just freezes for a second. Completely destroys beetle racing or Griffon fun. PLEASE fix those issues!! It is not the first time people are griping about this! This is the worst problem next to the lagfest and your problems with persistence (rollback nightmare anyone)? How can you ignore this for so long?
