I have an 1 week ticket pending as well.. A friend of mine had 1 month old ticked and it just closed because there was no point in answering. They need to do smth about the support system because rn it seems pointless.

If i have to wait for 1 to 3 weeks to get an answer, i will definitely lose the LWS offer packages...

That's a lot of days to wait for a ticket. I don't know if it is considered critical but it's purchase-gems related.
