  2. I just want to know when teef is going to be nerfed down to one button that makes it run across the entire map, Swing a weapon and then is instantly impaled by a finisher and teleports back to rez point and repeats. I mean thats what pretty much what happens now but 10 skills is too many. Just put a single “lose” button in. C’mon Anet. Lets’s do this!
  3. Thank you Dawdler, Valelutra and rng. Very helpful.
  4. I Noticed that some attacks can hit targets through walls and I’d assumed it was a bug. Today I ran across this under “Cleave” on the GW2 wiki. “...Cleave attacks can be exploited to hit targets through obstacles including walls but enemies will become invulnerable if they can't pathfind to their attacker's location to attack in melee, or hit them with ranged attacks.” The last half about enemies becoming invuln if they can’t pathfind left me confused. Can anyone explain this a bit better
  5. I don't see how thief can go against Anet's "rules" since they code the rules into the game. Unless you are talking about exploits or other hacks which isn't really the topic the OP posted about. I was a little confused by this statement. Salt Warning:I mostly WvW these days because I'm trying to learn PvP and it has been extremely frustrating. To Yasai's point about thief getting crippled more than mesmer, my feeling is that thief is already more crippled than mesmer. I've never been able to beat anyone 1v1 with thief ever and that goes double for mesmers. It seems like mesmers do everything that I thought thieves were supposed to do but do it much better. So I run with zergs and pick off dying bodies that the zerg has run over. Thief is the guy that bayonets the dying soldiers on the battlefield after the battle is over. THAT is thiefs role. I keep thinking that I just haven't figured something out because even other thieves kick my rear end. Anyway, for me that is thief's role. Dying body sticker so you don't have to slowly bleed out. Thieve's send you back to rez point so you can start the cycle all over again much more quickly. Oh and running away. Thief is aces at running away from every other class.
  6. This is not an improvement. As far as I can tell WvW isn't about competition. Not really. Its about who can do the crappiest lamest bullshit with their vanity armor and other bs and post vids on youtube shitting on noobs in for bragging rights. I've only been playing a bit over a month and I can tell you I am dead ass tired of the mode already. I'm tired of PvP in general and WvW in particular. All it does is leave me with a huge sense of disgust and that is when I am winning. That's how shitty it is. Because nothing is ever balanced and even if it were balanced it would just be zergified so if you are not in a zerg profession, well then you can just go fuck yourself . Anet says it with their apathy and players say it to your face. </rant off>
