I'm having the same problem. Support said the issue would be fixed with 12 hours. It's been almost 16 hours and still no response. -
Having the same problem. Contacted support and they said the problem would be resolved within 12 hours although it is usually resolved much quicker. It's been almost 16 hours now with no response.
