Hey buddy, i got mine refunded, you might need to get the ticket active untill a GM/support know what they are doing show up.This is what basically happen to me:(Not putting their full name here)Well support A told me it's ok to refund me and ask me how i wold like to get refunded.I replied.Support B came in (not reading the previous messages at all, obviously) told me they can not refund me coz there are no prove.I explained situation again, coz i am know for a fact that they can check my records.Support B told me (in a very subtle way) to kitten off.I got really pissed and told him/her i no longer want to waste my time anymore.Support C turn up and refunded my instantly. So dont give up..... some people just dont know what they are doing.And thankyou for the Support A and Support C that came to my rescue.
  2. it‘s taken them 2 days to reply a message.so it's like 2 days later they told me they are good to refund, want me to confirmi comfirmedand 2 days later, they told me they can no longer return....
  3. I remember back when the game launch, the customer supports were amazing, usually solve issue in day or too.now it take them almost an entire week just to tell me to F*ck off
  4. it's taken almost a whole week already, every time i reply them it takes them 48 hours to get back to me.
  5. Just an update, they told me i spend the 100 gems ( that cost me 400 gems worth of gold) so now i can no longer get the gold refund back..... it's taking them 48 hours everytime i responded......
  6. Only recieved 100 gems i didn't get anything else. I not touch my account since, might be easier for them to track back.
  7. I know it's covid and all, but has anyone heard back from the support team?Their marketing team seems to be rather active though.
  8. I try to use custom amount for gold to gem conversion yesterday an it rip me off.Was trying to get 100 Gems which is around 30 ish gold, but it deducted over 100 gold from my wallet (approximately 400 gem worth) Trying to get in contact with the support team, but no one seems to be responding.
