Have you put it on helm or shoulders that you have toggled to hidden? Nope it's in a ring (lege now). I tried several rings. And always the same result.

Hey, after 2 years the problem is still there. I was lucky to drop the Confetti infusion to just hear every day from others that they can't see it.I am sending a bug repport every day.Maybe ArenaNet will do something with that finally.
