Just wanted to add this, it might be unrelated to this issue, still: there are no RP servers in GW2. The game runs on a megaserver system. As such, even if certain servers where more frequented with RP guilds in the past, no matter which server you join, you will be mixed and matched with players from any server in PvE, instances or Spvp in the current version of the game. The only 2 cases in which server selection matter are WvW and NA or EU region. I'm aware of this. I mean, I primarily RP. Using the Tarnished Coast Server as a hub.

I wasn't sure where else to post this, But I do need to get into contact with a GM or a Dev. I have had some serious accusations thrown against me, on an RP server. None of it In Character interactions. These are serious OOC allegations, and it's causing a issue in my personal life now. Some assistance would be appriciated ASAP. Otherwise I will take further action due to negligence on ANET's Part. Sorry if this sames angry, or toxic. But, it's becoming a serious problem, and I'd like to see it dealt with.
