How do you get infinite +10s? And isn't there a way of "downgrading" one +10 to make two +9s? If so then it can be done that way maybe.

Well thank you everyone for all the interesting and informative thoughts - it's clear that there are a lot of different perspectives and I am grateful for everyone who expressed an opinion, and especially for those who understand where I am coming from. Like I've said before, I'm strongly against censorship or cancelling. Just some final thoughts: I fully understand and get that words change and grow in meaning and are used in new contexts. Many of the ways in which this has happened has made the world a better place, such as the happy fact that racial slurs, which were once commonly accepted to refer to entire groups of people, are no longer acceptable. For me though, using that word (and others) to mean "unpleasant" is just a false comparison as there is absolutely no way of equating a bad world boss or an annoying experience at the grocery store with the realities of a deadly disease. In the same way I think it's wrong to say stuff like "I got r*ped by Dhuum today" (deliberate asterisk to avoid kittening) because there is no comparison between the horror of a sexual assault and dying to a raid boss. Everyone would be up in arms about any kind of allusion to race, sexuality or gender identification (Heaven forbid we get Jormag's pronouns wrong!) But I guess that is the reality of playing an MMO. Well even ArenaNet censors this word. I didn't realise that it would be kittenised! So for those reading this post, the word that I meant is a disease resulting from the rapid growth and multiplication of abnormal cells, and is also the name of a sign of the zodiac for people born between 21 June and 22 July.

Hi everyone Almost every day when I play this game, I see some mechanic or boss or map described as "kitten" by players in map chat. As someone living with kitten and who has lost several people close to me to this terrible disease, I can assure you that the Triple Trouble Wurm, the Sunqua Peak fractal and the Serpent's Ire meta-event are definitely nowhere near what real kitten is, and are infinitely preferable to the realities of chemotherapy, hospital admissions, debilitating fatigue, side effects, anxiety and fear that real kitten patients experience. I believe in free speech and wouldn't report or cancel someone for anything they say, but I want to draw awareness to this and the impact that it has on people living with this awful disease. I'm sure that most people will just laugh at this post and tell me to suck it up - for those of you that can't understand my point, I really, really hope you never have to experience this dreadful disease. But if this gets at least one person to stop using that term to describe annoying things in the game, then it has done its job.

I think I probably need to change my mindset and start with a other class, so am currently levelling up another character (guardian) to 80 to use condi firebrand to do this fractal. I still can't master the condi berserker and applaud those who can - the advice "get good" or "change class" is probably right!

I only have one character that I know how to play properly - a warrior / bannerslave. I was getting really good and accumulated over 100KP in fractals, well on my way to Fractal Prodigy. Unfortunately Sunqua Peak has ruined this completely for me, to the extent that I now no longer want to play fractals. This boss requires condi DPS, and at best the condi berserker's DPS absolutely SUCKS. I have tried and tried and tried, and I can't do this fractal. No matter what. So it's either learn to play some new character from scratch or quit fractals altogether. Nowadays it's impossible to find a decent group for the other fractals, since most parties start including 100CM. I just can't do this fractal. Thank you, A-Net, for ruining my favourite part of the game.

I agree with every word you say. The KP should never have been removed. I am so disappointed in this decision from Anet - I can't believe that they did this.

It blows my mind that the KP were removed. Now it has become completely impossible to find a group unless you have this new title. This is the worst decision that Anet has ever made. KP were useful and something to collect and strive towards. I will never understand why they had to be removed! Why couldn't this new fractal simply reward some just like the old Shattered Observatory used to? I'm really disappointed and won't be playing fractals for a while since you already now can't find a pug easily. This will make me fall even further behind as more people get the title. This decision has trebled toxicity in the game and sucked the fun out of fractals. I was so excited about the new fractal, and I am deeply disappointed in this ridiculous decision.
