Welcome to the Home of the Shield.
We are a freshly made guild, around a month old, with about 80 95 active members. We are a highly motivated group of people looking to add more cool people to the mix. Wether you are experienced, a big f#?! noob or someone who likes to teach - you are all invited! We are trying to build a big community which goal is to train and do endgame content with. That includes raids, strikes, fotm, etc.
Currently our biggest focus is Raid trainings. We do this currently in two different ways:
We have 2 fixed training days; tuesday and saturday - usually around 19:00pm server time.
We also do raids, trainings or normal runs in a flexible, on the fly, manner. We discuss prior day or on the day itself which Wing we will attempt.
Usually this is done starting with W1+2 on Monday and get through each wing during the week.
Besides raid trainings we also do strike runs & trainings - normal & CM. As well as Fractals of the Mist runs.
We do these trainings in a very friendly, helpful, relaxed and patient environment where our goal is to learn and understand the content rather then getting carried. We encourage everyone in the community to get out there socialize, ask questions, form groups and have fun! Our peak time when forming is around 18:00-19:00 pm server time. We are currently working on: *adding more people to the guild (meanwhile increased the community with 50!)
*making our discord more interactive as a whole (more and more people join!)
*adding fixed training days for certain content through discord sign ups. (added bots to structurize this!) Some requirements for joining: 1. Have at least 1 class ready (build+gear) to do the specific training content with.
2. Have at least knowledge on how to play that build.
3. Have discord and sound
4. Motivated
5. Somewhat interactive since we are training.
6. Have Fun!
