Is your GPU driver also up-to-date? Are you accidentally using your CPU's graphics card rather than your actual card? I am also encountering the same error. I have attempt to repair and reinstall the game with not success. I have also tried stopping all other programs from starting.I am running on WIN10 and up to date with patching. Any other ideas?
