I have been getting this error whenever I try to exchange gold for gems. I opened a ticket and was asked to provide gem card information. I replied that I had not bought a card, that I actually purchased this online from ArenaNET. I have not heard a word back since. Wondering if anyone else is also seeing this or is it just me? "Network Error - Please check your internet connection and try again. (Code= 0:0:0:0:101)" I have already deleted the temp cache file and still no help. Any ideas?
