How did I know the first and most of the replies will be the confused emoji? what a waste of time this forum is

So let me start by saying- no I havent checked every posted topic to see if this was already a topic - and second, rather than going straight to the pejoratives please explain to me why such a change would be a problem or how it would adversely affect anybody. Its an opt it option Im suggesting so nothing would change for anybody else if they like it the way it is. Why for the love of God do the skills descriptions pop up every time I mouse over them - why can this not be turned off or at least delayed ? I am not going to explain why I prefer to click on the skill bar with my mouse rather than using numbers keys- it is how Ive always done it and always will. All it would take would be a box in the options that we could OPT in so it wouldnt affect eveybody- that turns off skill desriptions or delays them. Please save the snarky , learn how to play our way the right way etc type replies. Just want to know why this cant be addressed as a QoL solution for us old school mouse the skill bar players.

It like the rest of the expansion was not up to my expectations- I played through it once and I wont be back in that area again except for fishing titles

and when your build works great one week and they nerf it the next it makes you say screw this

they have made the entire game wayyyyyy too complex and not enjoyable anymore. When you have to change what your experience counts for(mastery points lol) and which money and which keys you use on every stupid new map it is beyond stupid. I have literally taken college courses that required less learning than this game

pvp is more about player skills than the game being biased against you- the game obviously hates mesmers and has made them the joke of the gameI wish there was something good to say about them too- thanks for the reply

I have been playing as a mesmer since gw1 still have my Me/R Velvet Wonton in pre.I was an interrupting machine in that campaign - I knew my strengths and I played to them- in this game- every strength we have they have either given to everybody else or nerfed into the ground. Sad when the thing that is your strength helps other players more than you- clones for example- other players can use them to trigger heals etc yet they dont confuse anybody and they still target you and do garbage damageWhat are we better at than any other class besides maybe wiping out trash mobs in Queensdale.? I am not trashing the class- i LOVE Mesmers but they have not done right with our class. They have made Mesmers pretty much useless except for a pull or a port - I cant even get through storymode without an assist like I used to - I am thinking of changing my main after 8 years plus .I think the only mesmer Ill be playing any longer is in pre - or did they nerf empathy and backfire too.sad
