Okay, so it seems that today at 17h CET (EU servers) the NPC managed to reset somehow and I could to do the quest chain without bugs. -

Same here. The NPC is stucked after the quest (Help Rakkan collect Risen fish oil glands for Merla), Merla has the bucket in her hands but the next quest does not trigger. Pretty anoyed, because Rakkan sells the last item before getting the Mystic Chromatic Ooze (have been doing it for ... one year now ?). Everyone having the same issue ?
