  1. Maguuma is literally being paid by Space Karen to stack and play. The game has a cheating problem and for some reason there's a handful on Maguuma and a handful on other servers hoping to smash Maguuma with their own cringe. My god this is the real WW3. Good people, decent players on every server including Maguuma but I remember when everyone was making sure to collect their free 1500g by making sure they make the server full at all times somehow, I guess creating alts and playing them regularly? Rifk nice game m3n keep up the good work. Sorry, ya'll. 4 years ago I made one of my only posts to reddit or a discord server and it wound up there where someone was telling me to praise Space Karen for free legendaries and send me an imgur of their inventory of 40 marketplace sellable items - 3 years later they caught on to that duplication nonsense I think? Lol.

It might seem like a Christmas tree decoration as a Christmas gift type scenario but honestly class balance, meta, server balance and structuring aside: Why do we have 2 alpine borderlands still? Why not have an in-between of EBG and Alpine, we have the extension of the Alpine borderland in the Desert BL. It might favor servers with less players, why not have a map that's practically an extended version of a large middle-zone castle scenario like you have in EBG; where the towers act as walls to your spawn point or possibly a micro Hills/Bay node where the center acts as a capture point. The temples would likely be in the center keep or atop walls. Could it be a downward incline type map where the center is at the lowest point? Just an idea, everyone wants more balance and content. This could solve EBG being the only quick-dirty hop-in and play fun without a commander or outside of a timezone. It'll add some flavor and something new to keep people interested regardless, it could honestly be the size of Alpine or EBG depending on what world sorting balance looks like. It would add diversity, prevent the only jump-in spot to play from being stomped out if a server matchup has an overpowered pair. Just an idea, I'm sure someone will crucify me for it because I'm not throwing numbers at you in regard to the current balancing issues.
  4. Uh? Do ya'll not understand that going afk in the borderland gets you the reward chests as if you're still roaming around contributing? You afk till it runs out. Turn ya brains on you don't get em outside of those zones. LMAO.
  5. https://imgur.com/a/hkDxsjD.png It's not the biggest deal but I see more and more people auto-running / macro afk sitting in WvW these days to maintain their reward pips.. Ya'll know you can do this in the obsidian sanctum and armistice bastion right? It's not big deal during normal hours but primetime you see your BLs capped out but your outnumbered in field fights it raises a few question marks... Especially when you see goons off in the corners of the map nobody goes; slamming themselves into clusters by corners and impassible areas. Lol.

You'd like to think that the numbers themselves are handled server-side (and sanity checked?) but you can write programs to detect when you send and receive certain types of data (packets) and warp the netmessages... For instance: Game tells you there is a target facing you at a 85 degree angle. Your computer has a program attached to your game (be it heuristic injection or external handling via windows or another program to hijack it some how) You send a net message telling the game that you are always 180 degrees adjacent to your enemies eye angle (the point at which your character would be directly looking in any direction while controlling it's camera in an absolute state ie mouse2/right click) You will now forever trigger back attacks. __ I swear man, you can still use a broken cheat from the near start of the game that will allow your wonderful thief to cast a guardians renewed focus, tell your target that you are always behind them and even go as far as giving yourself 13 minutes of fury. It's nauseating; these idiots gotta keep their meme cheating society to where it started: Counterstrike, quake and unreal tournament. Everyone knows what that's about and the technical alacrity you need to play these monstrous piles of dopexamine injected, ego slinging garbage are precise physical movements and trained reactivity to very specific and defined instances. Of course it's a rush to 1 deag your entire enemy team after learning where to check corners to hide your ridiculous rainbow models that show through walls - but MMORPGS and other class-based games the like are fun because of the dynamic adaption you would like to open your frontal lobe to.. If you have one you feel me? The teleport hacking in specific as a stealth class is incredibly dry. Hehehehe let me show you my giant kitten by evading a 12 second run-back because I BADWORDSHERE suck at a 3 button rotation in between utility skills!!! I cheated on my 12th grade exams!!!! Lmfao.
  7. In addendum to the game-hack features mentioned above there is also a neat issue that hasn't been fixed since the launch of the game: Selective auto-dodge. A client that will allow you to submit a text file such as: [Dodge Priority] Whirling Wrath Banhammer Piñata Slam end(); As you my guess; the game calls these spells in a stack milliseconds before they actually are cast on you or they are already on the in-game field (symbols, aoe and etc) and the cheat will dodge for you based on how much energy you have and what's around you. If I remember correctly the same turbo virgin that showed me this over a private live-stream years ago could seriously give any character renewed focus because renewed focus is defined within one of the first headers of the game engine and is used for every single invulnerability call your game has. PLS. FIX.

Ya'll probably have seen cheaters back attack you from every angle, randomly appear wherever people are fighting (mostly hidden by playing a stealth oriented class) players piercing shields or stacking traps, symbols, casting renewed focus as warriors and etc. Is it too much to ask for maybe an anti-cheat that can detect common injection programs from github or is like 15 million dollars in revenue every few months not enough?? I don't mean to be rude but I've fought 3 players in EBG that have rofl'd off into the wild blue yonder with damage numbers smacking em still once they start losing. (Even I die like a dummy sometimes just run back and try having more fun learning how to dynamically adjust aka play an mmorpg you BADWORD nerds?) I just saw that one goober get owned after duping like what 2.32 million dollars of gold in equivalent US currency and I think your game is so incredible and popular that the next step is to secure it from lame novice programmers who know how to hook the engine or grab window handles behind various cheap reverse engineering methods. I'd wager the game engine can be breached by fudging around with loadlibrary. Come on now. Love your game, it's the only mmorpg I play now. It's the only mmorpg where I can have 5 guilds all chatting at once in addendum to the map, team or squad chats where there is dedication and focus to improve but also have fun. Fighting hyper dweebs with credit cards or amateur programming knowledge is not fun. Fix pls. -Kyo
  9. Shadows in the game are very stressful on your system however they add a lot of detail and magic to the world when they are enabled. Would it be a worthwhile idea to have a setting that allows the static blob shadows for everything but player models? If the option is checked you can still select your preferred shadow setting but the fidelity distance is now only applied to dynamic models.. Just and idea, the lower shadow settings kind of take away from the world while everything cast by foliage or terrain is crossfading between detailed and blobby shadows.

I've noticed a decent amount of people over the years have wanted race changes from the gem store however due to the way the early game progresses your race does in fact contribute far too much to story progression for it to be possible. Some circumvent this by deleting and restarting their characters, others just make multiples of the same class to swap whenever the look of the animations and etc are dry to their senses. I was thinking: Why not have a purchasable item to transfer your map/story completion to a character who has completed their intro to what their playable race is and where they are heading in the story? I love swapping characters to see new animations every now and again and also love the way the Guardian class plays but it can be exhausting to repeat the same content over and over with the same class just to fudge a race change. It's a pretty mediocre and useless feature but I'd pay 800 or so gems for that. This way players get to experience the races cultural background without the mundane repetition of the same content they have completed prior. This could also allow new players who are not happy with their racial choice at the point of deciding whether or not GW2 is for them to continue playing to see if, for instance, the animations of Asura are far more eye catching and fun than your hulking Charr or Norn. The stimuli from observing your character, your own personal creation, is equally as satisfying as completing the content for most individuals. Kind of useless for most players but I'd like to see something like this. Game has everything but the kitchen sink and it's kind of awesome.__Not-so-useless Useless Feature Request Board: Squad Commander Tag slider so we can increase or decrease the size. Some more casual or visually inclined players would appreciate it. I've heard countless minor complaints about losing sight of it regardless of the color throughout the years. Why not? Button to clear current target so escape doesn't obliterate your currently queued cast when you want to completely remove targets. Again a more rare issue but it'd be nice. Button to cancel current cast so you don't obliterate your current target in the case of spamming the esc key. __ I don't frequent the boards but discussion would be cool surrounding this, just an idea.   11. This has been an ugly blemish on the UI for years, especially on larger scales and smaller monitors. Can we have an adjustable window similar to that of the new Squad system? so we can crop/scroll through to check food and etc with more convenience? That'd be cool. Can we also have some investigation into the new undetected cheat clients for the game? I have seen players with 4 hours of fury, teleportation and multiple casts of large cooldown abilities as of late. That is not a healthy gaming environment especially for something that touts such a competitive gameplay style. Thanks for reading, Kyo.
