  1. I read everyones posts, so I general I am somewhat replying to all, to further the discussion of bots plaueging spvp. Obviously, spvp is the place for solo players to start working on their legi armour, backpack or to just simply make some gold. I haven't given ArenaNet money since the Icebrood Saga incident, even thought I had bought the "season pass" type thing after that I haven't given them any money, for that very reason that they hadn't done anything to fix this mess on pvp. The most insane thing about this bot issue is that the bots are using macros, macros in gw2 is extremely OP because it gives the bot the abillity to not INSTATLY, but ULTIMATELY NUKE you in mere mili-seconds. There is no point in ambusing, because bots react instantly and there is simply no way to counter it, unless you move around or jump in objects that the bot has no pathing for it. Is it so difficult to add a captcha before queing? Yes this is super stupid suggestion but at this point absolutely anything would acceptable over this. There is a tone of ways to counter these bots and they just don't care, like they don't even see this freaking issue, like turn their focus elsewhere. I wish ArenaNet would stop ridiculing us and themselves, this is comming for a player with 2,6k hours and it truly hurts. If I didn't gave a freak I wouldn't even bother sharing my thoughts , I would've moved on, on another MMO, but I care damnit and so should Anet. Fuck.
  2. HOLY FREAK ARENANET get your st together, I have reported COUNTLESS bots in pvp and THEY ARE STILL in the game season after seaon. How on earth can a 2k ap player, no guild, no tittle play 24/7 pvp ranked? Add something to prevent bots from queing, the amount of frustration you are putting to the actual players is insane. Seriously get your st together. If the report button is as good as useless then remove it, don't give ME and YOU the delusion that there is going to be a change in this, because so far there hasn't been any.
  3. So we are forced to buy exclusively gear slots per character like the scam you did with the bag-slots AND have trait templates account wide? Why the hell would I want to see my weavers template built when I play my thief or vice-versa? Arena net get it together.
  4. Couldn't have been phrased better. It's like we want to give them money to bring us something big but they instead want to slowly and stagnatingly so release LS
  5. You sure about that? I am pretty sure that if you think that an MMORPG's healthy progression is the "Living Story" you are far from being right. Those who log in daily in GW2 are those who do Fractals, PvP, WvW and Raids. Occasionally do Meta-Events but only if they are too tired to flip prices in the Trading Post. Living Story is something we'd do for 2 hours max, explore the new region, realize it is another copy-paste currency farming map, try to find an exploit and if all else fails it's abandoned. That's just about it. You are making a lot of assumptions about how other people play the game and think. too me, it looks like I hit the nail on the spot.
  6. I swear to god, these underwater posts are more desperate than asking for a WvW balance update.
  7. No one should feel bad for ArenaNet, since they brought this upon themselves. They made this big event/reveal hyped it a month prior and had a stream to hype the crow for 48 hours. All of this for a Living Story Episode and barely scraps of information about WvW, Raids, Fractals and Dungeons. The amount that does said content is far superior in numbers than those who log in for 2 hours max every two months to play the Episode, buy some gem store shenanigans and then back to whatever indie tittle they'd play next. Those who stay and play daily are those who do WvW, PVP, Raids and Fractals. Dungeon content is dead, since there hasn't been an update for over 4 years now. ArenaNet is catering content to the minority and to those that leave the least bit of money into the game.

  9. Yes, that's why I want straight answer to put an end to this delusion, accept it, and move on.Especially after being told that "expansion worthy content" is gonna be released during LWS. ArenaNet is known for not communicating at all. There is no road-map there is not even a damage control for the situation they have created. Sit back and watch the s!t show.
  10. Are you still deluded to think we will get elite specs?
  11. To keep it short, Yes. Anet is doing what NCsoft marketting team has instrcuted them to do to see if it works to monetize the game as much as possible. NCsoft is trying to spike its numbers up before Guild Wars 2 total decline. You can check their stock report and see it for yourself. NCsoft is moving towards the mobile market.
  12. There is no sense of loss in this game and it has this motto "Play alone, together!". The game has removed a ton of group content like dungeons and the only thing to do is fractals and raids. This gets VERY old after 3k hours and PvP and WvW is thrown out the window with zero ballances and no vision with what to do with it. Living Story is boring as hell and doing the achievments is even more boring and tedious to do. There is no gear progression at all and even MAPLE STORY 2 has better gear progression than GW2 and Maple story 2 is a social-type of MMO. Yeah if at August 30th I see the same casul-friendly attitude I will leave this game for ESO or FFXIV. I've been ridiculed and ignore for far too long by Anet. This is where I draw my line.
  13. but from the moment that Anet scales the events in ration to the people attending people must do more than auto-attack or afk. If it weren't for them we would be fighting Elites or veterans instead of champion tendrils with scaled hp to 30 people, where 15 are active.
  14. A random guy commenting on the vanilla story of Guild Wars 2."I actually prefer that you don't fight Zhaitan "one-on-one, climactic prophecy showdown blah blah". I mean, you spent the whole game uniting all these allies, and almost everyone emphasizes how important working together and uniting against the dragons is. Being just the commander, and not some demigod Dragonborn-esque figure really draws that unity out." Why did Anet threw all that away? We actually killed a God and then we killed a Dragon in a 1v1 showdown along side a deus ex machina dragon. This is sad, for everything they have ever build for. In Heart of Thorns we still had that collective victory against modremoths mouth and we introduced the concept of the death to him with the sacrifice of our Precious ally. Now Path of fire is filled with one dimensional characters that I am supposed to give a sht about, when they contribute nothing in the long term of the story. Treahearn united the Guilds of Priory, Vigil and Whisperers with their combined strength they killed Zhaitan and Modremoth. In Path of Fire there is no such feeling. "Hurr Commander this and durr Commander that". There is no impact, no backbone into the concequences of what everyone is doing. Honestly the regress that the story has taken puts me off making me want to 'let's just get over this part to get the region'. Let's not even get to the Regions meta event, which is shallow as hell.
