  1. They will fix it, eventually! 🤔 All we know for now is that they are aware of the issue and working on a fix. Based on the number of times they've re-introduced old bugs back into the game it could take anywhere from a couple of weeks up to 8+ weeks before they finally get around to releasing the fix. *shrug*
  2. Well at least that confirms that they are aware of the issue AND working on a fix! Sadly there's zero indication of just when we might get to see that fix deployed. 🤔
  3. Always so very amusing when folks not only completely miss the point but then try to argue against the point they so clearly missed! 🤣 Did you maybe consider that it might be a new change, which would therefore make it an intended change? 🤔 When there's no official confirmation of either an intended change or a bug you should never just assume one or the other! *shrug* Sometimes changes can get missed from the patch notes for various reasons. Yes, this is more than likely a bug, but until we see official confirmation we cannot actually know for certain either way! 🤔
  4. Who knows? Sure, we can assume it's unintended and therefore a bug, but we can never actually know that because Anet will never confirm it either way. One thing I've learnt over the years is to never, ever assume anything about anything, especially when it comes to game devs. I've seen game devs come out with comments like "We need to do a better job at communicating with our players" and "We need to be more transparent about the changes we make" but then they never really follow through on such comments. *shrug*
  5. So a moderator took the time to merge multiple discussions on the same topic but still no official word on whether this is actually a bug or intended? 🤔
  6. Noticed this yesterday. When placing and consuming a Feast of Delectable Birthday Cake it no longer refreshes it's buff. You now have to wait until both the Nourishment AND the Malnourished buffs have expired, but you can no longer refresh the remaining duration. A quick check of the GW2 Wiki entry (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Feast_of_Delectable_Birthday_Cake) shows that there is a Bug noted at the bottom of the page: So the wiki knows about the bug but do the devs know about it? Is it actually a bug or intended? Would be nice to get some sort of clarification on this. Seems like it would be better to use the Birthday Blaster to gain the same effect until this is fixed. *shrug*

  8. Sorry to burst your little bubble but no, not a single feeling hurt whatsoever! Too freakin old to waste time caring about total strangers and whether they might or might not misunderstand a suggestion! Seems you don't much like suggestions, which would seem to be a bit intolerant on your part! But if you can't understand why I made the suggestion then that's on you. *shrug*
  9. Apologies, my bad. You meant the missing off-hand from the Sun-Blessed weapons from the Festival of the Four Winds. So, wouldn't it be best to post about that in the Festivals sub-forum? You know, seeing as they're only available from a merchant/vendor at the Festival of the Four Winds. Though wouldn't they also need to add the missing Zephyrite Warhorn as well? But then again, seeing as there isn't a Warhorn available in either the Zephyrite or the Sun-Blessed Zephyrite collections, it's not completely outside the realm of possibilities that they decide to add them as Gemstore items! 😲
  10. I take it you didn't want to take time to actually read any of the previous comments, a number of which confirm that the NA server is located in Virginia and the EU server is located in Frankfurt (Germany). The NA server used to be in Dallas, Texas but that changed about 5 years ago. Also, why should the server be on West Coast? Is there some law or something stating such? 🙄 Never hurts to get a better understanding of how such things work, there's a pretty decent explanation of Worlds/Servers over on GW2 Wiki. 😉
  11. There's a Gemstore Requests thread pinned up top of this very Discussions forum! 🙄 Totally free to add your own requests to that thread! 😁 EDIT: Totally wrong on my part, brain failure led to confusion! 😲
  12. There's actually quite a few other MMO's that have some sort of fast travel/instant travel system that is specifically designed to allow the player to traverse the game world much faster than walking/running/other forms of travel: The Lord of the Rings Online Dungeons & Dragons Online Neverwinter Online Star Trek Online Rift Trove Probably a good few more that I don't recall, mainly because I no longer play as many MMO's as I used to! While each MMO has their own versions of a fast travel/instant travel system they all have the same thing in common and that's to allow the player to go from one location to another very quickly.
  13. Not really sure why this has been posted in the Bugs sub-forum, wouldn't it have been better suited to have been posted over in the Guild Wars 2 Discussion sub-forum? *shrug*
  14. There's a few other factors to take into account along with CPU, GPU and RAM such as hard drive(s), driver versions and internet connection, as well as what other software is running when you play the game. But, as Inculpatus points out, there's nothing stopping you from running the game yourself and experimenting with the settings to get the perfromance that you're happy with. *shrug*
