Been having the same issue. I'm finally getting to fully play EoD-- of all the quest parts to get hung up on 😆 Best to be patient, they'll get around to it. Fixing bugs and the related can be finicky.

dangit, accidentally refreshed. anyway, have some updates. idk if people are really caring about this all, but it's an enjoyable thing i do for fun and great way to discover great music. Memories of Cantha is a recent playlist I made that was done during Lunar New Year. It's mostly just a large selection of different Asian inspired music and styles. if Cantha ever returns, I'll definitely make it more organized.Joe Hisaishi, mostly known for his work with Studio Ghibli has released all of his works now on Spotify! I have edited my playlist to reflect that.Besides the usual finetuning, editing, and fixing of the playlists, now the only music that is unavailable is the Guild Wars work of Jeremy Soule (more or less). Maybe I'll make an effort sometime to email him or related and see what's up with that. I'm assuming copyright and DirectSong.

I was really blown away with this trailer! There's so much good content? Armor? Weapons? Dang, I'm surprised with the amount of new stuff! I got nostalgic for old GW2, thank you for starting to add things from season 1! and even had some GW1 vibes--this is reminiscent of the Bonus Mission Packs. Normally I'm not a big fan of playing a character not my own, but I think there's good merit and cause for it, and a nice way to change things around. If it's done well, it's great--and I think that's nailed down. Snap though, worried about Almorra :'( I'm truly looking forward to this! I hope there's a good balance between hoping everyone is open-minded and giving it a chance, and also y'all will continue to do good with feedback and ideas. Can't wait!

I think the only moot achieve is dinging 10, Lady K :) The rest don't seem to mind your being above the pay grade as long as you are downleveled to under 10. fair (heya btw, Donari)! there were a few others though, such as some heart events and another (can’t recall at this second). i’m just the completionist type, so missing those few will annoy me! ? real talk though from related: you’re /not/ going to be at any form of disadvantage form this. unlessyou are absolutely starving for the AP (which isn’t a huge amount tbh). i’m super happy that this is tailored for new people. if it’s ‘impossible’ for you to get these achievements, then you honestly really don’t need them. (but of course, as with my own plight for simply wanting to do them all for the sake of completing, that’s valid)

augh! I love the new tutorial achievement category--obviously for new players, but it gave me more incentive to re-explore. mad at myself because i made a new character RIGHT before this update for the old school experience (been here since day one). I wish I had held off, because now the character is level 15 and some achievements are moot I guess....I'll just have to make /another/ new character. what a shame :p

I can't remember if it's okay to bump with a reason? Past week or so I've done some pretty thorough touching up, added a whole ton of more music, and thankfully now more official GW2 music has been made available to spotify! such as living world music. the playlists of note that I focused on was Hoelbrak and The Shiverpeaks, since we're getting deeper into the Icebrood Saga. Black Citadel and Ascalon got some revisions too. I may or may not create a 'Far Shiverpeaks' playlist...similar to how I did it with Maguuma Waste and Jungle. Simply have the far north one be edgier/darker. I suppose it may depend how many more maps we get in the region. I'm still missing most/if not all of Jeremy Soule's work on the game, both for original and GW2. I'm assuming due to copyright within DirectSong. I'm hoping someday that gets resolved, because finding decent quality of those soundtracks are becoming scarce. Regardless, I have added them from my own local drive. These will be greyed out, but at least you can see what hopefully can be added in the near future--or if you own them yourselves locally. i've noticed some recent follows to the playlists--thank you! i'll continue to mantain this the best I can. don't be shy to suggest songs or point out any possible errors (ok i got my ramble out, can move on)

Hey all,I'm Sue and is sorta a professional artist. Life's been rough but been trying to get back into art. Inktober started today! So I'm like, well heck now or never. I'll be using this thread to motivate myself to not only draw, but to share the work too. My goal will be 31 drawings, Guild Wars 2 themed. I really haven't had the time or energy to actually plan what I'm doing, but I'm already formulating ideas and all. Here's a selection of art done last year for Inktober, plus some extras. Wait, where did they state the actual Gem cost?? Are the 1000 Gems for real? Is this for storage slots or build/gear tabs?Oh, no dude, sorry, I don't think they have? I'm just meaning like, gem cost in general. So either build or storage. I'm flexible but still feels off.

I think a very underrated form of art is sharing concepts and prototype designs, so thanks for letting us peak into your initial ideas. The charr roller cycle is honestly, way too cool to be allowed and I'd love to see something like that in game. I'm surprised Anet hasn't done a parachute thing either--reminds me of the commando spoof before release, but very charr. Hope to see more, great solid concepting!

DUDE these are fantastic vector styles. chef kiss to the max. I've always been kind of bad about vectors and icons to simply and yet intricately express something--you just murdered it flawlessly. Very professional and clean, with good personality! Thanks for sharing and good luck with it all and more!

I usually try to Avoid complaining and being proactive instead, but yeah this feel like...too little, too late? And then the gem cost is kinda a Yikes for me. I'm not against paying for a lot of things in game, even beyond fashion. And I hate to be like "you OWE us tHis coWARDs"...but i mean, Guild Wars 1 had build templates. Guild Wars 2? 7 year later. And the gem thing kinda felt like a kick in the shin. If they really wanted us to pay for things...idk, I would have held off mentioning that. Implement and then a few months later make it a feature? idk if that would lessen the blow, it honestly just feels like a feature that should be mostly free. Maybe it's all feeling a bit off bcs there's so much merchandising advertisement lately and then this almost comes off as unsettling desperate. Like look y'all I'll sell my firstborn child for Guild Wars 2 at times to support, but I still think there's limits or better ways to manage it? Hoping Anet and community can reach a consensus and middle-ground. Because 24 is a weird number. And I'm one of /those/ people who have like, heckin 20 characters.

Hello! Sorry, kinda wordy. tl;dr - a collection of soundtrack appropriate songs organized by zone and region for the game. Very useful for roleplayers, writers, artists as well! ## [updated 3/4/2020] I know of the playlist feature that you can use in-game. However it's pretty crude. I don't want the same music for Shiverpeaks and Elona, I'm picky. Until such a time that I could figure out a workaround or better fix, I've spent the past years creating and solidifying a list of playlists for the game (if anything, a good archive/collection). As of now I have it set on Spotify. Depending on requests and suggestions, in the future I can copy it over to other streaming sites. Mone of this music is produced or promoted by me in any way and please keep in mind copyright laws. The cover art is all from Guild Wars concept art, was taken from the wiki. I can't really claim any credit so you honestly can do what you want--copy this, remake 'em, whatever floats the goat. But all the tedious organizing/archiving has been done by me if you like my music choices. It's all a HUGE amount of immersion friendly soundtrack, game, classical, and even some electronic and rock. This at the end of the day is tailored for my needs and my views of the game/lore. That being said, if you have some music you think would fit in, throw it at me! And I'm sure there are mistakes, duplicates, etc. It's a continual work in progress and I am always adding and updating....make sure you shuffle!
