Now I have a new problem. I go to the support page and click to submit ticket. I was already logged in to the forums when I did this but it asks me to log in? I click the button to log in and the window blinks but nothing changes. I can't log in to submit a ticket. I went in game to try and do everything from there but it sends me back to the page that I can't log in to even though I was already logged in to the forums? I am just getting more frustrated with this.

I have 2 accounts. I bought SOTO 4 days ago on both. The one sale went right through and I was able to activate it. I am still waiting for the second one to go through. I used the same card and did one right after the other. When the first one went through quickly I thought that the other one would, was I wrong? How long can it take for it to go through?

If I read it correctly the players that already have the skyscale, when the new expansion comes out, will get special skyscale skills.

Ok, one question at a time. I did not already get it, I checked for it yesterday and it said 20% off. I tried submitting a ticket on the website but it is bugged, won't let me do it. It was posted on Facebook that we could get a free Total Makeover Kit. Today is supposed to be the last day that it is available. When I log in it shows as 20% off, not free. I tried to submit a ticket but it is bugged and I can't. With today being the last day I am guessing that it won't be fixed in time to get my free kit. The things is, considering this was posted on FB 2 weeks ago, you would think that someone would have caught this and fixed it. I did send a bug report from in game but, again, it is probably too late.

From what you said I am guessing you are low level and used the level 80 boost temporarily? Rangers have a lot of pets available to them. The wolf and raven are just 2 of the 55 that you can eventually obtain. Those 2 are available in the Norn capitol city of Hoelbrak. Just find them and charm them. My $.02 for what it is worth Character Customization ~ new faces, Canthan style, new hairstyles like bangs for Asura, long hair for Sylvari and Humans, more choices for ears and hornsalso things like scars and tattoos Player Owned House ~ with the Guild Hall the means to create it is already there just make it smaller and make it so that it can be decorated and have furniture and nodes and maybe NPCs such as General Store and access to a bank. The entrance to it could be in our Home Instance and/or be able to teleport directly to it from anywhere like we can the Guild Hall. Smaller Guild Hall ~There are a lot of smaller Guilds that just don't have the membership needed to upgrade and/or maintain the Guild Halls that we currently have, they are simply to large. Also some people prefer a small Guild. It would be nice to have a smaller Guild Hall for those small Guilds. One that they can upgrade, without it taking them forever to do so. Mounts ~ Passengers on mounts,some of them are certainly large enough, like the Skyscale, so it would be nice, and fun, if we could take a passenger. Also a new mount that goes with the new/old map of Cantha, and that is not as hard to obtain as the Skyscale and Roller Beetle. Making them that hard to obtain just took the fun out of it and made it more like a major chore that some people either couldn't or didn't want to complete. Dragons are a huge part of Canthan culture so a new Dragon mount would make sense. Also Jade has historical significance so Jade weapons and armor would be appropriate. I am on the fence about a new race and class. If we were to get a new race then it should be a true Canthan, Asian inspired. As for a new class, do you make it a light, medium or heavy armor class?

I believe the word that you were looking for is "educating" j/s I am not going to get into a peeing contest with you when it is quite obvious that you are one of the people that just enjoys complaining like a spoiled child when things don't go exactly the way that they think they should. I, for one, am quite happy with the way that the new Templates work. Of course part of the reason that I am happy with them is, possibly, because I watched the entire video where they explained them, and answered questions about them, so I actually have a clue how they work.

I stand by what I said. He is talking about how Build Templates work but he is explaining it wrong. That is not how they work.

Maybe it is just me, but, if you (not you specifically) are going to make a video giving your opinion on something, basically bashing it, then it might be a good idea to educate yourself on it, at the very least have your facts straight, before you come out looking like an idiot, which the maker of this video did to perfection, the idiot part that is. =) It is quite obvious that the maker of this video does not have a clue how Build Templates work but he thinks that it is ok to make this video and give his opinion on it, and he totally expects everyone to take his word for how bad it is. The only bad thing that I saw was his opinion. =)

I am not going to say one way or the other until I see how much they are going to charge for more slots. If the price is reasonable then it can stay the way that it is. If the price is too high then I won't be happy.

Did you actually read the article? I think you missed this part. "Your character’s equipment, attributes, and upgrades—excluding gathering tools—can be stored in Equipment Templates. To add an item to an Equipment Template, navigate to the Equipment Template tab you want to store the template in and equip your item."

I believe this statement answers your question ...... "Equipment Templates can also record the customization of legendary items, which can freely change attributes and upgrades. You can equip a single legendary item to multiple Equipment Templates with different attributes and upgrade choices for each."
