It was good for a few weeks and the problem is back again. Connecting to NA from Singapore, using StarHub. Getting 4k ping in crowded areas, anywhere between 300 (which is normal latency for SEA players) to 1k ping in regular areas. Happened before multiple times, spoke to support from both ArenaNet and Starhub... and its the same replies all the time from both parties.

Hi! Returning player here; I was a casual PvE player in the past so I've never really done anything much past vanilla PvE. I'm still contemplating on committing to PoF, but I do have HoT. Right now I'm just logging off and on GW2 without really doing anything. Hope to join you guys for some relaxed gaming if you guys would have me.
