If legendary gear is for the weak, then how come you don't have any?

Good ol' Anet. Removing functionality from runes to sell it back to us. Compensating people who have 7 legendary runes with 'significant' progress towards a legendary relic when there was literally no mention of them before this is asinine at best. Especially since its going to take until 2024 for them to even exist and thus, forcing people who literally went out of their way to never have to worry about such things are made to do so again. Extra progress for having 7 runes is cool and all but very few people actually want to make 7 of them due to the fact that underwater combat/content is practically nonexistent outside of a few maps/spots in PvE and WvW.

I am experiencing this error as well and have done all the things that folks mentioned up above, along with a few other things like clearing out the GW2 cache, etc.I do not have Onedrive activated on my computer.

Rest in peace, Fort Aspenwood. I will always have fond memories of rolling over people with Shrouded Warband and The Legion of Charr under your banner. Getting onto the actual changes that will be in place someday, these are interesting and while I can't say I know how this will actually play out given that none of this is actually set in stone yet: I am skeptical but also interested in seeing how it all goes down in the long run since this might be the jump start that the game mode needs to actually breathe some life back into it.
