Norn Guardian Human Warrior - the standard across literally all games for selling value Sylvari Ranger - typical "legolasssssss trees" Asura Engineer i dont think they'd do a charr elementalist though so im not sure where that lands..I'd guess another human for ele just like the warrior charr rev maybe the hordes could be based on maps or the overall idea of dragon response missions

hey folks, looking for tips including skill rotations... I am mostly a g1/g2 player on ranger, guard, mesmer all of which i do fine enough on I love my weaver to death but for the life of me can't figure out how to play it in ranked.. when i fight them (even post tuesday barrier nerf) they gen ~25 might and a lot of barrier almost instantly and in a 1v1 i have a rough time with them.. I want to replicate this but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.. seems like i get dropped easily unless im +1ing.. I'm using the metabattle build

Probably the best advice. The only way to climb the ladder is to play against peepo with the same rating / highest rating than you. If you soloq offprime, you'll face random bronze peeps and you'll lose 25 per game, or some farmers duo legend players that you can't win. If you can't play at prime, forget pvp. Sad but true. as of this morning there seems to be a lot of truth to this too.. lost 5 straight with team just being terrible.. sigh.

what am i missing? changing classes.. like you can log out to char screen and change class once in a match before clicking ready?

i think theres a lot of sad truth to this.. I've been maining DF weaver for quite awhile as i love the playstyle/combos but i've had a hell of a time in matches even when i know i've pulled my own weight.. yesterday i switched to fotm meme burn DH and i've won 5 straight.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me... in silver its not much strategy as it is just rolling whatever insta deletes people right now and just fight on nodes and rack up kills

whats the state of pvp right now? are meta battle builds up to date, whats FOTM these days? trying to avoid reading the typical negative posts.. thanks in advance!

doesnt seem to matter what i do, lead in stats, hold nodes, help my team etc.. tried it all happy to post screenshots i can hold my own 1v1 against seemingly most while holding a node sometimes 2v1 now i get 2 games in a row we win 500-100, then lose 2 in a row 500-100.. literally makes zero diff..everything i gained i just lose 10 min later I dont think I'm a plat level player but I think i'd hold my own in gold 2 or g3 but cant seem to get there.. I've played reaper and LR weaver mostly should i just hang it up til the next season or?

or is it always lopsided either way with the occasional kinda fun close game? im new to ranked so just asking also any helpful tips are appreciated! always willing to learn
