  2. For me it would be Heart of Thorns and Season 3. What I liked the most was exploring the vertical jungle maps for the first time as I unlocked exploration abilities that made the maps even more spectacular. Add to that the soundtrack (tarir, the main theme, mordremoth...). Visually the scenarios are amazing. The enemies introduced are a real challenge. And metas are my favorite in the whole game. I quite liked the story Although I couldn't raid for a long time, I defeated 3 or 4 bosses and had a great time. I'll admit that it was a time when I used to play more with friends and since LWS4 I play mostly solo, and this game is much more fun with friends. So yeah, HOT and LWS3 for me.
  3. I tell you the same as the other player. Maps like this will frustrate you, but other players love them. For example, unlike you, POF maps seem bland and boring to me. There are about ~62 maps in the game. With complex navigation there is only 1. With a certain level of verticality there will be less than 6. A little more variety is not going to hurt anyone. If you don't like them, you don't have to play them.
  4. I can understand if you don't like the map, but the map itself is a work of art and design. You have to spend way more time than on any other map in the game to learn how to navigate it, as well as to know all its hiding places. For those of us who like to explore and get lost in a fantasy world, there are no better maps than those with verticality, secret areas and different levels. I really like the idea of the post.
  5. Hi! Could we have a mastery that allows the griffon mount to submerge in water for a few seconds and ideally without losing momentum? In the animal world there are birds capable of submerging dozens of meters for practically a minute, I don't see what limitations could prevent a magical bird in Tyria from doing something similar. What do you think?
  6. I agree. These are really good: https://youtu.be/Em0Sd60iI2w - Teaser https://youtu.be/FU1JUwPqzQY - Manifesto https://youtu.be/YEdr8HHJ-zU - Races of Tyria https://youtu.be/rkPwxUu6kSI - Anniversary Trailer https://youtu.be/mGZPSBod6d4 - Fractals of the Mists https://youtu.be/IOUk2y0K2m8 - Heart of Thorns Expansion Announcement https://youtu.be/cGZ4X7cER8k - Path of Fire Launch Trailer Also season 3 trailers are really good too. The trailers that we have seen so far for EOD have been quite "meh".
  7. Do we have now? Do we have any level of game balance at the moment?
  8. I'm sorry but this post is useless. I am on the pro duelling side, and I don't claim that we are the majority. We are not. The other post is useful because people got to explain why the oppose to it or why they want it. We shared points of view and some people even got to a middle ground in which they would accept duels in PVE with some conditions. The other post is useful, this one doesn't bring anything to the discussion. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, this is not my main language.
  9. I agree with everything he said. Nothing more to add.
  10. There's dozens of hero points in the OW of npcs wanting to fight the player just "for practice"... We have said throught this post dozens of ways we could prevent that. Having to unlock the ability to duel throught the gem store for example.
  11. You are right. Sorry about that. English is not my main language and sometimes I don't interpret things right, and thus I reply wrong. I don't want to duel randoms. I want to duel my friends while we play the rest of the game. I will know which of my friends have bought it.
  12. Here we go again: They don't need a special place. They just need to block the feature near those places. Exactly how it happens now that you cannot mount near some vistas/jumping puzzles. Again, as I said, is okay to occupy "server" space if you are going to roleplay or gather resources, but is not okay if my friend and I are going to be dueling... You could say I'm being selfish with my "type" of play. I could say you are the one being selfish wanting me out of Tyria in order to duel.... Of the very few players that we are asking for duels, fewer are asking for balance. Dueling in open world is not about balance. Is just a easy and quick way of having some fun. If you want that type of hardcore dueling, you can go to the options the game already offers. This is the same as point 2. It is okay to have 80 people fighting and casting spells against IA, but it's not okay to have 2 players fighting each other because they are stealing the server resources. From your point of view, I'm the selfish, and from mine you are the one that is being selfish. Again, I'm pretty aware that duels getting implemented have little to no chance. But atleast we can have this conversation and please try to undertand each others wants.
  13. And that is why we are discussing it on the forums, see? Is not a tool to go to someone else and say "You are wrong". Is a tool useful to share points of view.
