  1. Fast. Amazing communication. Another W in the book ANET. Really appreciating the level of transparency you guys have shown lately. As you guys have displayed over the past year, balance is a priority and I'm sure it will be ironed out.
  2. They've already given you this information (which next balance patch won't be until fall). This was a hot fix out of their release cadence and it was mainly to focus on the things that were in dire need of changes.
  3. Hey Grouch! I appreciate your swift feedback about the whole situation and looking forward to the changes to come after this balance patch. The game is ever evolving and there is always room for iteration, even if we don't hit our mark. I completely understand why the patch has to be published. Whether I like or dislike the patch, the point is the communication is there and the desire to have that open discussion with us about balance before it drops next time is leaps and bounds better than I would have imagined. Thanks again, keep doing what you do. I appreciate the team greatly.

  6. I would incline to agree with that. I honestly don't see or hear it failing really at all anymore. My only suggestion for the OP is to get into more organized runs because there is a ton of people running it now.
  7. I don't think there is anymore tuning they need to do now. They've posted the increase of success runs over failure when the changes took place and its a vastly bigger amount of people clearing it. From my personal experience, I haven't failed since launch of EoD and after the changes/nerfs to the encounter I can even say with pickup PUG groups on LFG I haven't failed once yet. Its a clear sign the majority of people know the mechanics by now and that confidence shows in all the successful runs I've done post launch. I truly believe nothing needs to be changed about the encounter, anymore changes would make it another faceroll world boss where no thought has to go into it, which isn't what they want by the expression of keeping it some of the hardest PvE content they've made.

" So this line on each Stormcaller weapon was useless? Note that this line has been removed on each Stormcaller weapon since today patch. What was the point for T1 if you can just make T2 to begin with? Seriously, this is a big slap in the face and a waste of my time.
  12. I don't know where you're getting those numbers from but any new content is good content. Theres lots of game modes in this game and its cadence appeals different pockets of the community, just like raids. We all deserve some content and not just open world PvE. If anything I would love more transparency from the teams that are developing these game modes just like we're getting a revitalized communication from the WvW/PvP Balance team that is doing an amazing damn job with the community right now.
  13. To be frank, I would love more fractals. We've already accumulated a great library to which it gives us a great variation of "dungeon running" experiences. I think only adding to this would make it even sweeter along with weekly rotating strike missions. The only thing that needs added onto it is better rewards now or longer reward to work towards. Armor, new weapons that aren't reskins, newer backpieces or at least loot specific to fractals. "Jelly fish mace, jade maw hammer, etc"
  14. Hard yet but I agree, I would want more fotm/raids apart from open world PvE stuff
