solved, it had to do with a third party programm.

I went into a story part of PoF with DX11 activated. Everything inside the story was just black, besides my interface. So I deactivated DX11, restarted my game and poof..... nothing happened, game didn't start. Restarted my PC, still the same issue. Please fix this fast! ._. I have a week off and wanna play the game!

I ment, that you have this crystal colored plastic figure and paint ontop of it the eyes & the other glittering colors of the wings e.g. becacuse they weren't as transparent as the rest of the body. For me this figure is sold incomplete.

I'm sorry I should have gone into details. First of all, I do collect figures of other games (AC e.g.) and those are in quality much better. I don't find the plastic itself unfitting for aurene. But she does have eyes and she does have different colors on her wings. Those parts could have been created with a propper paint. And if you do it right, it doesn't look stupid. Idk if you every played Tabletop Miniature Games? But there are so many painters out there who do an incredible job on tinitiny minatures that look far better. Material + Production Costs + 3D Model creating still isn't worth 120$. You can Make this Thing for so much less yourself once you have a Mold. Just use Epoxy Resin and some fancy glittering shiny colors. So that's what I am laughing about. The ridiculus price. If it was 15-20$ I'd probably buy it myself.

But how they did it is just a failure x.x look at the trailer, that's how aurene looks now. and then compare with this one colored figure xD xcuse me? shell I paint myself? I would if it would only cost 15€ ... xD

Did you see the Aurene Statue for like 120€? 🤣 This thing is made of only one component and not even painted.... That's worth like 2€ of material. Every other game who does statues like Assassins Creed do have rly nice painted figurines for half the price... This Aurene even doesn't has eyes! Sry Anet ._. but that's a joke...

sorry you rly took my quaggan comment seriousely? xD it was pure sarcasm, ofc fitting quaggan into skins would be more of an effort than tengu. As for the story they atleast do exist in the first gw2s story somehow ^^. it would just be a little bit funny to have a quaggan commander tho.. xD

As Hypersensible person for noise and smell I some kind of feel you as it seems you have similar problems with visuals. But the majority (including me) likes the bright effects in this game. So deleting it is not the right choice but implementing options to deactivate them or minimalize them would be nice, so everyone could choose individually 🙂 As for now you should try and play with the evailable options you already have in gw2 and on your monitor. there also are softwares that filter your monitor from blue lights if it hasn't such a function on its own already.

besides story problems there is also that they have to change every skin for the different body type. we already have funny bugs with charr skins... But as for my playable quaggan that rules ofc. do not apply 😛

You somehow missed the whole new world that is opening up for us, new maps, new enemies, new events, new achievements.... Skiffs can carry more than one player and fishing will bring some more events and contests... I can't recall a chair sitting event thoug...

not reading all comments As I discussed with a friend a few days ago, it is really sad, that all the choices you have in the game, none of it affects the story.I really like the story of GW2, but they really should turn into another direction soon. The Commander thing is done, it was nice and now it gets old. And like you, not everyone likes to be a commander in war affairs! Especially if a fantasy mmorpg starts looking like a strategy game with tanks and guns and gatlings.... nope.

The promised DirectX11 ? ... :) Well, we are at DirectX12 now and GW2 still running DirectX9.I've red a lot about it and the most likely opinion on forums is, that it won't be possible for you to do so, since the code is to old or stuff like this (to many reasons to repeat). But there is one guy who made some kind of translation from DirectX9 to 12 on his own.... Buy it... Or buy him and let him work for you xD I know there are bugs but he is only 1 guy, maybe if he had a team...?
