How is this not considered a disaster for Anet right now?

So should Arena net maybe have a warning before spending any money on the game that their support is currently MIA? I've even tried to call them and the number actually just drops you without ringing. How many levels of unacceptable does this need to be before any action is taken?

Hi my friend put in a support ticket and did not receive an email response nor is the ticket showing up in the "My tickets" area. Does anyone know how long that usually takes? I thought it was automated. Did it not go through for some reason? Should I have her submit another?

It's really strange, I made two clone pc's for myself and my wife, we're both on the same internet connected to the router with ethernet cables and ONLY I get these disconnects.

The mobs in these zones are seriously overturned. You've basically classed my Guardian out of the content, I'll need to bring another profession to do this content. Are you guys going to do something about this or do I have to wait another year for an expansion like Heart of Thorns?
