TY FOR THE COMMENT AND SUGGESTION I have already written above it worked last year. i already have all 3 expansions and i have also bought the gems form my paypal account , its just after that restriction put in place things wont work any more . please read the following with patience: steam have a domestic transaction method, in which i dont have to go to a foreign company like paypal or buy a credit card which is bonkers in india to maintain high credit score to get one. i have alredy checked it in reddit anet have local transactions for other countries why not india, im ready to pay more for if its for the taxes and stuff but all im asking for is to make a local transaction method

ty for the comment and i have tried your suggestion i have tried the amazon india, there is not enough stock in amazon, its always out of stock and i cant make a amazon purchase form other countries such as amazon UK for example , because amazon have geography restrictions , the only way is to bypass it by gettting a dedicated vpn, WHY whould i have to do that for buying a in game item??? i smiply need a indian version of NC soft store, just like they have on other countries, for the love of god BRAZIL and cz republic have one , why not india? it cost more to buy form gamesoft and still i have to get a vpn, also vpn cost more money, anet just have to give one reommended store for india, if steam can do it . for sure ANET can

just so you know im not going to buy credit cards becuase of personal situations that i cant explain nor im going to create new bank accounts just for buying gems. they allowed paymets in the past, i have already worte in the reply that i did contact my bank, they said my international transactions have no problem but the merchant site may not be following the local regulations for my bank. if not in the game client gemstore atleast they could give us a authorized merchant to sell us gem cards and expansions, dont tell me that i have to contact my bank for ArenaNet's authorized dealers in india, they have it for other countries such as usa,brazil,czech republic.so they can have one here too... locally available authorized dealer or they must have to make a local payment method. please try not to make it my burden to pay them my money.

i bought expansion path of fire AND end of dragons with the same bank and same card using paypal , its not that i cant buy it before, this problem started after last october(right after my government put the restrictions on international transactions). If my bank is not a payment provider for ArenaNet then they have make them one, its not since i could not buy it before, if STEAM can do it now and ANET did it in the past.. and they just have to now. ty god i bought expansion before the restrictions.

ty for the reply and that is a long list of websites and i will try it but amazon is not selling the gems in india , technically i can buy it from credit cards directly from amazon usa and i can even buy gems directly from game client(gem store) but i dont own a credit card and i do not intent to buy one ( very very low credit score .. they wont give me one),hopefully one of those websites have paypal paying option EDIT: i have tried the websites in both uk and usa.i could find gems but it wont let me buy because of restriction. and i also found a unauthorized dealers(alot of them) but they have 3times the price of original and only accept credit cards 😞

first of all thank you so much for reading my post and leaveing a reply and yea already did contacted my bank ,only other way is to become the president of india and change the national bank guideline , thats what i said eariler . if STEAM a multimillion dollar company can follow the indian natianal bank's guidelines(RBI guidelines) why not ANET one of THE most successive mmo game developers in the whole planet earth, i dont see where is the problem i can pay, anet have to make a way form me to pay, once again STEAM have a local payment option why not ANET, atleast ANET can provide me with option to buy form authenticated retailers such as flipkart(a indian online merchant site which is owned by wallmart) or amazon , i mean the gift cards for 10 $/15 $ /20$ ( gem cards) and expansions, they WONT even do that, thats why i had posted it, I CAN PAY SO WHY CANT YOU MAKE A WAY ANET???, also please forgive my grammer , im not good at english, ty. EDIT: I made a edit to my reply because of confusing statement regarding gem cards. both websites(fipkart and amazon) that i mentioned above had gem cards (only 2000 gem version) but they wont even sell that here . i have to buy it form untrusty 3rd party from now on...

since OCTOBER -1- 2021, my country's national banks regulatory board have blocked the reccuring payments and any type of international payments that are not SPECIFICALLY stated as one time payments. please do SOMETHING anet. if steam can do it you also can do it, at the VERY VERY VERY LEAST, make a website that can sell gems and expansions that can be bought individually for india, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ANET , if this goes on i cant buy anything form gem store or neither any expansions, i know you guys can do it , SHOW US MERCY

that might be true that my situation might be just chance... i think anet is reducing the pvp server reservation and replacing it with other game modes..(pve or wvw), just a theory though, who knows, they might even stop supporting this game mode, if they do that i might want to download KURTZPEL

UPDATE:as of right now i can queue againSTEPS I HAVE TAKEN :logged in to diffrent charecter and tried queuing (not worked)logged in to diffrent charecter and tried to queue after changing PVE maps ( not worked)*logged in to a charecter with incompleted PVE map (21%) and fiinished some heart (NOW IT WORKED), i CAN queue on the ranked and unranked.OTHER STUFF I HAD IN MIND BEFORE IT WORKEDtry this meathod , if you dont have incompleted map then do some daily path of fire hearts or heart of thorn hearts(living world hearts), or try doing events (example:silverwaste meta or something like that)

i got that bug now... i have been playing this season everyday but now i got this bug , based on this thread ANET dont care about players who got bugs like this i guess, hopefuly this bug goes away

im trying to use mouse middle button but i also accidently some time scroll it, it zooms in a lot of times..its ok on pve but on pvp or wvw this is really annoying. anyone here knows how to unbind the mouse scroll zoom?
