The future is two rocks hitting each other for hours while you play merry go round around a tower and the thieves/mes just watch with their kittens in their hands.
Maybe with crit strikes and Deadly arts executioner. Or, if you sync up a bounding dodge + weakness+low havoc spec on DD. - all against a squish af target with no prot.
Havoc specialist gives up to 15%... Bounding Dodger gives another 15%.... weakening strikes give 7%... How is DD a defensive spec any more than offensive? That's more mods than any line iirc .
Interestingly enough, it only applies vigor if you successfully steal. (Contrary to how it is written in the skill description and other skills that give effects on steal.)
I'm a data nerd. I'd love to see some comparisons of engagement and class distribution in PVP over time. How much have these changes from a year ago helped the game's engagement? Are we growing/stalling/receding as a population? Would love to measure changes in player win rates and activity over time and look for associations with patch notes. Data scientist's dream data set. Does Anet have one (hopefully a few)?
Pulmonary impact got that treatment along with mug a long while ago. Why is ranger allowed to persist in it's 100% swiftness, nuke from 1500-1800 range, with stealth access, an AI pet, and GCDs the length of an asuran golemancer?
I don't see why someone should be able to contribute to point contribution in downed state. For small and solo roaming, numbers are already an advantage. Thoughts on making it so that downed bodies don't count towards point capture?
