. After 8 years of playing game I suddenly have my account blocked for security reasons. I have not been on very much lately but did buy new expansion and played a couple hours in Cantha. I submitted email to ArenaNet and am waiting for a reply. Any reason why this would happen? I have never had a problem before.

Strange how when you know it happens to every one it makes it a little better, lolI was getting so frustrated there for a while but good to know it's not a bug I have to submit. And thank you "TheAgedGnome.7520" it is good adviceand I will put something together like that.

Thanks for your replies, I went back and narrowed down the problem. For example; I have three mount skins for raptor. Regular, Primordial and Bio luminescence. After dying all three of these (and accepting change) I have a problem when changing between these three mounts. The top two dye squares (from the block of four squares available to be dyed) changes to whatever dyes I have used to dye the last mount. So, regardless of what I have used in the 4 block square when dying a mount, when I switch to another skin (same mount) the top two squares of the dye block take on the last color dyed. Sorry for sounding confusing, but this is what is happening; So, top two squares of Primordial skin are green - but if I switch to bio luminescence skin and dye the top two squares red, when I switch back to Primordial the top two squares change from green to red. This is after accepting change.

When I switch characters the dye's I had used on mounts change and do not remain "saved". I have default unchecked. I use different dyes for different character's mounts but each time I switch toon's, I have to re-dye their mounts. What am I doing wrong?

Same here, queue button clicks, not greyed out, but nothing happens. Started tonight about an hour ago. USA server.

Tried purchasing gems today and am unable to enter payment information. Says my credit card is invalid before I even put the information in, lol.

Storyline "Tower Down" bug where Demolitionist Tonn won't move or talk to you at the beach and third tower: When you blow the first tower there is one "risen" that gets stuck in the demolished tower. You only see it sporadically from different angles. Hard to kill because it's obstructed. Got it finally from the water's edge side and you have to blast it down quickly or it heals. I didn't have a problem after that with "Clear the Beach" or talking to Tonn. Hopefully this helps with this "bug"
