It would be great if the staff weaver would be viable again in pve. There isn't a single place that would favor it over the sword variants.

Same here, they took my money, didn't respond on their "live chat", and I had to call them to learn that they need to see my driver's license. They told me specifically that after i send it, it will be processed within 15min. I sent it 2min after hanging up and have yet to hear from them 3h later. Did I mention that it took me 12 paid calls until I got through? They just hang up after exactly 5min.

Greetings, I'm creating a new post because this is not about the 3 weeks that I lost but about the months to come. I bought the glyph of reaping 3 times; one for each type of gathering tools. I use them to farm home instances and guild halls quickly. And that's pretty much all the points in the game where they really shine, because real farm spots in the open world are rare and you could just use a glyph of industry on those. Now the latest patch "fixed" the glyph of reaping. You can only use them if you are the instance owner. A guild hall is an instance that has no instance owner. So all the glyphs of reaping are worthless now because I cannot farm home instances and I cannot farm guild halls anymore. What is the point of this glyph at this point? I don't see any value that would justify the gem price for this. I bought it to have it for life and not to stash them into the bank and forget about them after half a year because they got useless. So what are the options for owners of the glyph? Can we request a refund? Will there be a real fix? Do we have to throw them away and never look back?An answer would be very much appreciated. regards

Hey there,I opened a ticket on the 13th of May and have still no answer. I know sometimes it takes a while to get an answer but since your normal response times are half a week in worst case, I begin to wonder if my ticket was missed or something. So does anyone have an ETA on when I can hope for an answer? Also: When I wanted to open the ticket, I could not log into my account. Whenever I was on the support page, it told me to log in (with a link). So i click the link, enter my credentials and land on the account page. I then click again on support and the support page tells me that I am not logged in. So I had to create my ticket without being logged in. Chrome v66, no script blockers etc. Just the plain browser.

Since this is an item that you can buy on the gemstore, it would fit in the row of permanent contracts, available in black lion chests.
