  2. This bug has existed for at least 6+ years now. When you play a character, then go back to the character select screen, everyone's portraits become overly bright. I was going to make a new character but it requires you to close the program and then reopen. It's not a huge deal obviously but a bit of a nuisance. https://imgur.com/l4CESB4

  4. So I was just messing around with pistols and noticed that full charge with Jurisdiction (#5) has gravity to it. Is this intended? I know the description says projectiles have different behavior depending on charge level but this isn't what I was expecting.   5. Jurisdiction still isn't fixed despite the patch earlier today stating it was. The detonate orb skill still isn't showing up. It's exactly as it's been since Tuesday's chapter release.

  7. So first off the damage vs. longbow is... wimpy in my opinion. It's pretty awkward too considering the symbol (#3 skill - Symbol of Ignition) drops at your feet yet all the other weapon skills are ranged. Therefore if you wanna play pistols to their full extent you gotta melee. Also whenever the #5 skill (Jurisdiction) gets fixed, it's going to make it even more awkward because you'll have to charge it, release the projectile and immediately detonate it within a split second at melee range. Again since the pistols work best at melee due to that symbol placement. Also, the indicator of charge level for Jurisdiction is the animation itself. This happens quickly and you gotta count which one you're on. It's just too cumbersome in my opinion. Based on my opinions. Here's some thoughts on what needs to be changed. Change the #3 skill (Symbol of Ignition) to a ground based AOE with 900 range Increase the base damage of all the skills and slightly extend the duration of conditions The charge level for #5 skill (Jurisdiction) should be separated into 3 segments to show which you're on Jurisdiction rework Change all projectiles to 'on target hit'. Since this makes it easier to use, you can counter-balance it by having each charge level have different amounts of CC as well as a longer charging time (2 seconds instead of 1.25). Instead of all levels being at 400 CC. Charge level 1 (100 CC), level 2 (150 CC), level 3 (300 CC)
  8. Seems so. No activation. So far I've only been able to use it at full charge if I am at the proper distance for when the projectile explodes on it's own which is 900 units. I hope they add some separation lines too on the charge bar to show which level it's at. It's awkward having to look at the animation and counting what it's at while simultaneously paying attention to the enemies. Especially considering it happens quickly.
  9. So first a little about me. I'm a 37/m from the west coast of the US and I am a night owl. Often up till 3am Pacific time. I played the original GW long ago in the mid 2000s and have been playing fairly consistently since GW2 launched. I'm very casual in playstyle. I tend to do world bosses, meta events, gathering mats for gold and helping others at random events I have done fractals and dungeons before but a very long time ago I have attempted raids when they first came out but it wasn't really my jam I have done a couple strikes and they were a nice median point in difficulty So now what I'm looking for. I'm looking for an active guild that is social both in-game and out. GW2 has often been a major social avenue in the past. A guild that has consistent events. Whether it's guild missions, raffles, meta events, fractals, hide and seek, etc. I prefer people to be chill. No politics or drama. I don't mind swearing as long as it's not every other word. I'm interested in mature people. I would like to be in a larger guild but not so large that you're nothing more than just a number

  13. With the patch on 11/7 there were a lot of bug fixes with dungeons. This is the first time I've seen them take an interest in dungeons in a very long time. It's got me thinking, maybe dungeons are going to be a thing again? Sure we got fractals and strikes but they aren't quite the same. It seems unusual that suddenly all of the dungeons are getting updates. Personally, I would love to see 1 extra dungeon per expansion with updated rewards. Is it actually gonna happen? Hmm, probably not, but I do find it curious that all dungeons were looked at. What do you guys think?
  14. Gunsaber is pretty cool but the firing sounds it makes are unbearably loud. They are at least double the volume of most skills in the game. Please lower it; a lot! It's the only reason I don't play it.
