Remember that the Commander is dumbed down for his inclusion as if they are trying to stuff two leads and main heroes into one position just to make Braham relevant. They need to meld Braham into the Commander already and reroute the conflict to a better-designed character. Enough of the story missions has been dedicated to Braham's interruptions. I hope that arrow in the tooth was a good idea...

I was thinking UW areas for two pivotal parts of the expansion: the way to and into Cantha... and the final battle with Bubbles. As well as parts of the maps. The rest should be on Cantha.

Once you see the rest of the playerbase in it, enjoying all the new content without you, I'm sure you will dive in. This expansion doesn't need to focus entirely on UW content, but the part that does can and probably will be made just as well as almost every other feature they have updated and added. So, let me get this straight. It's a great idea because YOU think it's a great idea and you're going to project your opinion on the rest of the playerbase to back up your "fact." Because the whole point is for a whole new world and experience. The secrets and discoveries lie beneath the surface, not on it. You don't discover the true size of an ice-burg by running around just on the part sticking out of the ocean. You can't fully explore the Titanic's wreckage just sitting on a boat at the surface. You gotta get down there and discover its mysteries yourself.

Core UW combat is exactly that... CORE. Judge the ideas by their possibility, not just their base or previous version.

If they go beyond 3 expansions that could work, but to have Cantha, the deep sea, and Bubbles all in one expansion and as the next expansion, it just feels more complete to me. There is something about that pattern that seems to fit with everything. You know how The LOTR and Hobbit movie series' have that Green/Red/Blue theme for each installment? That's similar to how I imagine the expansion trilogy of GW 2 so far. With HoT being the green one. PoF being the red one. And the UW expansion being the blue one. It also makes sense to finish off this human-central story with Cantha, and then go onto other areas of Tyria. Cantha is the most logical and beneficial place to go to for the next expansion and everything about Bubbles and the ocean areas can connect to Cantha. It's the perfect time to explore all of that and round out a GW 2 trilogy. Then I would have LW 5 and any possible further expansions or even a GW 3 deal with Primordus and Jormag. A Fire and Ice trilogy mixed with new lands, races, and a time period in the near-future.

I agree. I hadn't really delved into Rev enough at the time of making this, but since then the profession has become my favorite and I've found many ways in which I want to explore the class.

A significant part, especially the battle with Bubbles, but not the entire story. Much of that can take place on Cantha.
